I meant on riptide (since that's our primary ability that refunds mana for mana spring as resto), we dont press lava burst on cd anyway so it doesnt really matter that lava surge exists for it

On 2:40 ~ u say resto can't have resets on lavaburst, thats not right. Lava Surge does reset and applies instant cast on Lavaburst
