Thank you for bringing attention to issues that most are afraid of. My dad has been overweight his whole life and now at 40 he’s lost 50lbs in 2.5 months simply by running a calorie deficit and cutting out sugar.

Six years later and one hunger buster meal can feed me for two days and I often go without food from sunrise to sunset voluntarily. I don't understand how I could eat five pancakes back then. As someone weighing 400 lbs myself I just want to clarify I have NEVER sat and ate a whole BBQ chicken on my own and never will! I don't eat enough and have messed up my metabolism I am quite sure. I know if I could exercise more with what I do eat, I would probably lose but now I am caught in a cycle of no stamina and energy because of low food intake and depression. I am a work in progress currently...but I hate people believing all large people eat several plates of food at each meal. The misconceptions cause fat shaming which turns onto staying secluded and sedentary and away from all the glares and jeers. I thought I had read she died..but seems to be conflicting info online. If she is still alive I hope she finds her happy place whatever that is. Being a large person is a roller coaster of emotions and comes with many hardships. Many judging here have no clue how hard it is. Over 90% of people that lose weight gain it back plus more within a few years. Research all the people from "the biggest loser" show. There is a reason it is no longer on air. Best thing to do to help someone that has weight issues is to love them and respect them. The self esteem gathered helps make better choices and want to care to be a better and healthier person.
Just convincing her to eat all she wants in the morning, and then light the rest of the day, could help her. The closer to bedtime, the less we should eat, cause we store all that crap.

Issac, there is video on a man who came up with different ways to smoke a cigarette. He was actually encouraged to keep going to he died from cancer from the smoking. Anyway, even after his death, his fans were being turned on by his videos. The comments were of sexual nature, and most were about how turned on they were watching dying and coughing. They were disgusting. Anyway my point being, i see this a lot more lately that people over eating and under eating for people who get turned on by it. This is definitely a sexual thing on RUclips. There's a chick who is anorexic who makes RUclips videos. People keep asking her to get help but most of her fans actually encourage her not to get help. Omegon has several videos on her and he seems genuinely concerned as well. She has admitted to depression but, as I was once told, no one will help her until she learns to help herself. She seems unwilling or unable to do that.
I don’t visit social media. It’s toxic and I always leave it in a terrible mental state. So I just don’t go. My mental health is worth so much more than someone liking.
Trust me, she is doing the happy dance right now because a new channel is talking about her. She loves the attention. Negative attention is better then no attention in her mind. People collectively ignored her for about a month a few year’s ago and she “changed.” Once viewers returned, she went right back to her old ways.

Thing about the money is that it cant buy you health. Thats the reason why I left from my last job because it was really unhealthy for me and I was constantly in pain. No money is worth losing the only thing that should be your goal in life; a good life. And this doesnt seem to be a good life. And as these people can blame only themself. However viewers should really just stop to think is this content that I should support. Reasons why these people are continuing this behavior is due to those views.

I’m pretty sure mukbang started as a way to sort of ‘have dinner with someone’. Like they were videos of people eating normal portions and making small talk so you could watch that and not feel so lonely while eating alone. Still kind of sad but much more wholesome than what it has become.
I have an over eating disorder and my anxiety makes it worse, I'm trying my hardest to try to stop my disorder but I'm making some progress. I also have other things to work on but this is the most important as well as my transitioning.

As someone weighing 400 lbs myself I just want to clarify I have NEVER sat and ate a whole BBQ chicken on my own and never will! I don't eat enough and have messed up my metabolism I am quite sure. I know if I could exercise more with what I do eat, I would probably lose but now I am caught in a cycle of no stamina and energy because of low food intake and depression. I am a work in progress currently...but I hate people believing all large people eat several plates of food at each meal. The misconceptions cause fat shaming which turns onto staying secluded and sedentary and away from all the glares and jeers. I thought I had read she died..but seems to be conflicting info online. If she is still alive I hope she finds her happy place whatever that is. Being a large person is a roller coaster of emotions and comes with many hardships. Many judging here have no clue how hard it is. Over 90% of people that lose weight gain it back plus more within a few years. Research all the people from "the biggest loser" show. There is a reason it is no longer on air. Best thing to do to help someone that has weight issues is to love them and respect them. The self esteem gathered helps make better choices and want to care to be a better and healthier person.
I genuinely do feel sorry for these people. It must be horrible to be trapped in that state.

Been part of the Amberverse for about four years, and let me assure you that she will _never_ get the help she needs. She doesn't care enough about herself to change, and no commentator can change this.
The saddest part of this all is not just the fact she's does a poor job at taking care of her health. What's also saddening is the fact that so many people write concerned comments and are genuinely worried for her health/ care about her, but she labels these people "haters" and calls them out on social media just because they say they're worried that she's killing herself. She has this "I know better than everyone else" attitude and refuses to take advice from anyone. She even gaslighted a doctor and tried damaging their reputation because she didn't like the diet she was given. She's clearly struggling with a strong addiction to food and she gets very defensive when anyone points it out. That worries me. Because its hard to improve yourself if you won't even acknowledge your need for improvement.
