I had the exact same thing happen with my epidural! They kept trying to rotate me. They said they would be back to check on me, and then decided to check me right then. My daughter was about to be born.

Every person and every pregnancy are different, but I hate when people are told they can’t eat before delivery! I just don’t get it! Unless you’re high risk, about to be put under, etc… I mean, it’s ridiculous. It’s okay to eat while waiting for for your baby. It actually helps some people!! So many highly qualified doctors agree it’s okay, unless you have a specific situation.
I did get to eat lol
You never know if you would have to have an emergency c-section. So I understand why they say no once you’re further along in the labor process. Also if you plan on getting an epidural you’re not supposed to eat solids just liquids
Because most will throw up from pain which i did 😅

They say the more kids you have the quicker they come out.
