True, on long rides, fatigue, TOGS to change-up your hand position. But honestly I find my head drooping on super-epic rides, so I would like to have some kind of head on (near) grip system (masseuse style), also attached to the bars, color-coded of course. And yep, you'd call it HOGS
As long as they're not too expensive, I think these are a pretty good idea. Especially if you're on a really long bumpy, hilly ride, where your hands are most likely to get fatigued.
They still exist 7 years after this video, so they must be doing something right. I like the idea because I get hand fatigue on longer rides. Do they work with Mega Fat Paw grips which are 40 mm installed diameter?
I'll admit... after a long ride, I frequently put my thumb over the grip on flat grounds. It is a much more natural hand position, but obviously not safe. This item sounds like a simple way to try thumbs over safely. For $20 I'll give them a try, but I am skeptical.
Pretty skeptical they'd do much, but it does offer a slightly different hand position on long, non-tech climbs, and it looks like they'd cost and weigh next to nothing.
i only see myself using this things on long rides where i have to climb a very long distance with little to no technical stuff on it other than that pretty useless id say
It make sense for long riding and alternative hand position for flatbar lovers who dont like dropbars

Just when you think they've run out things to sell us
i could do with these, i tend to put my hands on top, I think id tighten them fully though.
very helpful during downhll
i do that without those things, not really necessary at all...
"Kind of" is such a sales killer
