I really really get what you mean, I don’t like being over weight (health reasons) then I don’t want to go overboard and look ill (loosing too much weight) but I want to be more healthy!!! Glad your ok though !! I’m trying to do it the best weigh possible to be healthy !!! Sending much love and hope you have a fab week xx❤

Hi Andrea welcome back. I’m with you all the way, we can do this I’ve given my head a wobble over the last few weeks as I’ve been off plan for months. Don’t give yourself a hard time, I’m tackling a stone at a time, it is better than going straight for four stone. You need to keep going I’m 66 and believe me it’s been harder for me to get motivated and stick to plan as I’ve gotten older. You can do it xx
That’s not a bad gain. I gained 11lb after 2 weeks in Cornwall lol! I’m doing Sw now but on my own and I’ve set an interim target of 2 stone by 10th December as it’s my 50th then, I lost 6 my first week so it’s a good head start! Good luck with your journey x
So happy to see you back 🎉✨. It’s so hard over the school holidays too, it’s so much easier to grab easy dinners when feeling tired. I doubt it will take you too long to get back to where you were, you’ve learnt loads along the way. We are all behind you ♥️

Anndree you will do this i was knocked down last Christmas and i have got to target and have lost 5 and half stone but because I cant walk right at the moment i but on 3 stone so I went back to class though week ago and have lost 9 pounds so if I can do you can Anndree we will do this together sending you all my love and hugs ❤❤ 😊

I know you are disappointed by the self sabotage, but in reality you've not gained stones,put it behind you,that's done with, tomorrow is another day! Your goal is still within reach in the not too distant future,consistency is key! I've messed about with a stone and half like forever! Let's do this! You've got this, promise you! Wow - well done you. Genuinely, a maintain is great if you've not been on plan properly. It is so easy to gain weight, so that's fantastic. And now means you can start the week with a fresh slate and no damage done. Good luck for this week, hope you have a fab one. Mine I'll be brutally honest (as always, ha ha), I've had a 50/50 week. So hoping for a maintain too 🤞🏻 Just been hard getting my head back in the game. But will explain all tomorrow after group 🤣 xx

I usually panic when I get to a size 14. I’ve obviously got some repressed fears about being slim but if it happens this time I will get help from a therapist.
