How does the power drive work when using the three click swing method

L1 can also be used to add power and or spin for each shot as well as X. If you need X for the 3-click option, I would assume L1 would now be the best option to use. I haven’t really used the 3 click, so this is speculation. I’m sure there may be away to change controller settings to set something up that works best for you.

Should be L1 if on PS5, LT possible LB on xbox and shift on PC. Check your controller settings too on the game and you can set it to a custom setting.

I didn’t even know spin could be applied after the shot, will have to try that out. I have started playing on Simulation. I prefer 3 click. Just never been that good with analog stick. I’m on xbox so not sure which button is x on ps but I can look that up.
Think my hardest part on Simulation is the approach and short game. Usually good off the tee and reading greens well when putting but that in-between has been toughest for me as often time i roll right off the green. Par 3’s can be particularly painful in that regard so I will give this a try on the xbox controller

I hate not being able to zoom in on a shot in Sim as it’s harder for me to decide on what shot I want to hit. I also think “X” on Xbox is “A” :)

@@BDON the map is a huge help. And quite honestly it’s not all that bad. I mean a week ago i was still in arcade 😂 I’ve been stung a few times hitting a bit blind and fate to the wind but for the most part teeing off isn’t all that bad. Same with being on the green, you can load the map and read the green pretty good that way 👍

Putting is hard, but getting spin even with mid-irons is crazy hard. I didn't know about the spin either... or power drive! I am definitely the on in 2 and 3 putt king. Hopefully more spin will mean shorter 3 putts ha ha

@vxrdrummer hitting high shots adds spin too and isn’t as aggressive as the spin option. Works great for mid and low irons
