Crop Scouting Using Taranis...Part One!

For the last two years, I have used Taranis Drone Scouting to help better caretake our corn and soybean crops. This year I am partnering up with Taranis take you all through all SIX flights and show how the information I get from their scouting helps me make data driven decisions for each field.
For this first flight, we're looking at Weeds and Stand Count. We have some issues that have been brought to our attention. First, we have a lower stand count than we'd like. What could be causing it? We also have some serious early season weed pressure. What happened to cause the burn-down to fail? Trevor Cox from ‪@CentralValleyAg‬ is here with me to take the data we were given from ‪@taranis7910‬ and figure out what happened and where we go from here.
One of my favorite things about Taranis is that the AI isn't swayed by personal biases or opinions. I get cold clear facts that allow me as the grower to make a better data driven decision. Hope to see you for Episode Two!
