Tbh, she's probably the type of person who'd laugh at you for only just noticing it but will tell you you're just fine for who you are. She isn't exactly the type of person who'd butter you up. She's blunt and frank but she's probably the best person to be your friend since she's seeing you for who you are and not the person who you want to project, keeping you grounded and reminding you of your real self. At least that's how I see her character.

A pit fall of a lot of characters like these is that they need to talk down to others to prove they're "strong" which could be a good start of an arc except they are never called out on it. She's not really mean spirited, just blunt. And she's not above having goofy moments or getting called out for things Gonna be honest, I didn't like her the first three minutes but after a while, I began to see who she really was and she began to grow on me. Anyone with a commitment to honesty is alright in my book

Kugisaki is one of the better written women in shonen for sure, really like her as a character. She embraces being feminine while also being a complete badass, and reminds us that people can and are embodying these traits together in the world. Like she says, she is Kugisaki Nobara, no more, no less.
This introduction (the first scene in this video) is immediately such an incredible show of character. She meets a modelling recruiter, whose job is literally to follow good looking women around and trying to get them to do shit (model), basically just being a creep, and she crept him out. Incredible writing!

There's a cute little detail about Nobara's past that I just noticed. When Panda asked Megumi and Nobara to participate in the Kyoto Sister School exchange event, Nobara asks if they're going to play Smash Bros. And says that she will meteor smash her rivals so they won't return to the platform. MILD SPOILER In Nobara's flashback during the Shibuya incident, you can see Nobara playing Smash Bros. With Fumi's dad and he teaches Nobara to not let her opponent return to the platform.
Finally! Nobara is a female character that feels actually like a character that can be loved and appreciated. And it's not another boring girl simping for the protagonist or his rival. Or likes to b*tch about everything.
I don't think being in love destroys character. It's just that some people have no idea what realistic relationships are like. Loving someone dose not mean that we give up on our own dreams and ambitions. There is no drastic change in personality in a healthy relationship. That being said I am not much of fan of romance, so I want as minimalistic romance as possible.

Nobara is the ideal type of woman that I inspire. She loves herself. She stays true to herself. She is independent. She has enough confidence to kick the asses of people who judge her. I love the lines she said to Momo while they were fighting, I even added to my instagram highlights. I just love her so much. I mean, who doesn't?

A pit fall of a lot of characters like these is that they need to talk down to others to prove they're "strong" which could be a good start of an arc except they are never called out on it. Gonna be honest, I didn't like her the first three minutes but after a while, I began to see who she really was and she began to grow on me. Anyone with a commitment to honesty is alright in my book

Kugisaki is one of the better written women in shonen for sure, really like her as a character. She embraces being feminine while also being a complete badass, and reminds us that people can and are embodying these traits together in the world. Like she says, she is Kugisaki Nobara, no more, no less.
This introduction (the first scene in this video) is immediately such an incredible show of character.
She meets a modelling recruiter, whose job is literally to follow good looking women around and trying to get them to do shit (model), basically just being a creep, and she crept him out. Incredible writing!

There's a cute little detail about Nobara's past that I just noticed. When Panda asked Megumi and Nobara to participate in the Kyoto Sister School exchange event, Nobara asks if they're going to play Smash Bros. And says that she will meteor smash her rivals so they won't return to the platform.

In Nobara's flashback during the Shibuya incident, you can see Nobara playing Smash Bros. With Fumi's dad and he teaches Nobara to not let her opponent return to the platform.

That being said I am not much of fan of romance, so I want as minimalistic romance as possible.
