I’d always figured Speaker Titan hesitated to shake hands with Camera Titan because he still wasn’t sure of his place. He’d caused a huge amount of damage to the Alliance while infected and his vengeful rampage wasn’t the wisest course of action. At this point it seems the Secret Agent is either playing both sides or is a neutral observer who occasionally gets involved for some reason. There’s been a couple of times I’ve wondered if he’s the creator of both sides and is just getting his kicks watching them duke it out.
For me i think when speakerman titan was infected he can still see what he was doing but cant move its body while infected, so that might be the reason why he is now very aggressive and im sure the reason why he paused for a second because he havent met titan cameraman but filled with so much happiness he paused.
