ok so this was a super bad year for me my husband has some medical issues and I had no money for make up.I had a ton of cover girl products donated to me from a food bank ( I am super thankful for all the products friends ,family and the food banks gave us) I learned how to make my own soap this year (from bath soaps to laundry soaps) and Ill never have to worry about soap again LOL but I was given some of this foundation and I was kinda scared of it so now I know how it looks I'll keep it and try it (otherwise it would go to someone who was in need) To everyone who donates make up to those in need thank you It does mean so very much to be able to have makeup and feel like there is some normal in your life.Have a safe new year !!!

Been using this foundation since high school (just realized 2019 is my 10 year anniversary with this beauty haha) it's my holy grail !! Soo hydrating, long lasting, and actually feels /looks like your skin. I keep coming back to this one! I bought the CYO LifeProof foundation and I wore it once and then ordered 4 more bottles 😂 I can never find a foundation that’s light enough and has enough coverage and that stuff is amazing 😍
Emily Elizabeth I finally was able to get a hold of one bottle. I love it. I have very dry skin and it doesn’t cling to any texture. I just wish I knew how to get some more bottles.

Heather Ortega try lightening it with the lightest shade of the colourpop concealer! I always mix it in with foundations that are too dark ☺️
I wish I could use it! But they don't have a shade nearly pale enough for me and if I have to use mixers I'd rather do it with high end foundation. 😕

I love FF!! I feel like you should do the video that Jackie Aina did where she tried a bunch of foundations in the same shade name to see how different they were. Ivory is such a funny shade name to me. In some brands it’s light and in some brands it’s just what they call their lightest shade which happens to be very dark.

I know!! Im usually about the 3rd lightest shade in with drugstore foundations and the lightest shade in that foundation matches me perfectly
The Vitalist foundation just runs dark and hella warm. I’m an nc35-NC40 nd I expected Soft Honey to work on me but it was too dark...so I tried Warm Beige...too dark and warm in the summer. I’m not used to being that low in the foundation scale in foundation ranges so I’m too uncertain to get a shade lighter than those. The vitalist range is so odd.
Because of the difference in formulas, adding a certain amount of fair pigment can alter the formula of the foundation. Brands tend to only incorporate shades that work with that specific formula...adding more drops of color to make it fairer/deeper might make a "Matte" formula too dry or "dewy" formula matte when its not marketed as that.

I just bought this & omg, I LOVE IT! I use it with a little Maybelline fit me loose powder under my eyes, the elf beautifully bare flawless finish powder & a little wet & wild loose translucent powder where I get oily or like right around my nose & mouth where it may break apart or settle into any lines & it actually stayed perfect with no oil break through, no break down at all & looked & felt like perfect skin with no makeup on from 10am-10pm. I have so many foundations & this is the first one I have ever fallen in love with, is just perfection in a foundation for me & i just pray they never discontinue it!!!

Unfortunately, I can't find the shade Ivory since it's 4 years later. I tried classic ivory and it's close enough for a summer shade that I can get away with it when I take it down to my neck and chest. It's also nice because I'm a neutral undertone and it's pretty neutral

Please no music during foundation application! I've seen some RUclipsrs do it and it seems unnecessary, it's music for like 3 seconds and then back to talking lol. Without music is calming!

I have had the Fresh Wear for a little over a week and like it, but I LOVE it mixed half and half with Loreal ProGlow. I have pale dry skin and thataylaa's shades always work for me and 405(Porcelain I think) works great for me!
I've been using CG Smoothers since I was in high school so around 27 years of use and I love it. I have fine lines now on my forehead and I'm 45 and CG Smoothers helps to camouflage them. I do use a spf 30 under the makeup because it doesn't have any added to the ingredients in the makeup.

I personally like your commentary during foundation application! Also when I watch other influencers review foundations they are always “can you guys see that??” And you can’t see anything! So I really appreciate that you actually zoom in and show how it looks on texture/pore areas.

My opinion I like it just you with no music.
This was my favorite foundation when I was pregnant. I had such beautiful skin when I was pregnant and this looked so natural and dewy.
You should try the CG Aquasmooth foundation in the compact. This was a favorite back in the day. You may have better luck with that one.
This is my FAVORITE foundation for everyday when I go into the office or just running errands. It last all day on me and looks just like my skin but better. I LOVE this stuff!!!
Your eye makeup looks beautiful here! Also, my hair is halfway down my back and I always need bobby pins when I put my hair up, no matter what I always have those baby hairs too!

OMG Taylor because of you I have found my go to foundation! The CYO is AMAZING! It wore so beautifully on my skin even with some texture and oiliness in the T zone. This is probably my top, favorite ever so far foundation for natural, no makeup, just pretty hydrated skin. I use the neutrogena hydro boost gel cream or the Elf hydrating primer only under this (those are the only things that I ever use under makeup) no primers or sprays, & no powders with this unless it's a dab in an place that looks oily & it always looks amazing.
