Well I'm glad I have been investing in both charge and regular damage.... my only issue is I don't have T11s and even tho my damage and charge are fairly high I struggle vs high T11 formations

To defeat shooter formations biker charge help More than biker damage? For example in the wall we should put vigilantes with biker charge and maxed out ( Vlad + other)?
That's because they wear vigilante equipment set that increase that or use vigi Harry. The usual is to have 52% due to investments and babes. Some have a bit more like 53 or 54% due to renegade medallion (including me). But I'd say it's worth it in case you do bulkers formation.

The number that you see when you Train troops in your training camps is base attack. You get it from the vigilante training room mostly

Click on power bar in the top middle of your screen then go right until the get to equipment

The best way is to have few troops. Don't train a lot of troops, keep them within your hospital capacity & hide them if possible.

Damage is better than charge damage everywhere.

Can you update about bulker received damage. Most top players has still 50-52 damage debuff. But some guys has 80-82.
