Each of you can bake a simple cherry pie! A simple and tasty tea berry cake for the whole family. Three-layer cake for tea.
🧡Hello friends! Welcome to my channel!
2 cups pitted cherries, 1/2 cup sugar.
2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1/3 cup water
cook until thick.
3 eggs.
1/3 cup soft butter, a pinch of salt, 2.5 teaspoons of sour cream.
5 teaspoons of sour cream, 3 egg yolks.
1 + 3/4 cup flour, 0.5 teaspoon baking powder, vanillin.
9/9 inch baking pan.
bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
3 egg whites, a pinch of salt.
4 ounces sugar / powdered sugar.
1 tbsp starch
you can make such a drawing.
bake at 300 F for 30 minutes.
Let cool down completely.

@@leckermitAnn I said I was going to make it today and I did. My wife was blown away when she saw this for dessert after dinner. It was incredible. Great combination of flavors and I had an extra bag of fresh cherries needing to be used anyway. I love the merengue with the sweet tartness of cherries and the rich baked sponge dough. Thanks for the new recipe… it’s going in the book of permanent recipes. Thanks again!

What do you put to soft butter? The description says “2.5 tsp of sour cream”, but it looks like sugar. Thank you.

Interesting recipe.. it’s kind of a cross between A lemon meringue pie and a pavlova..
Your base is interesting .. you treat it like pastry but it seems to come out like cake,, ?
I will try it.. to see what it comes out like.,
Also I don’t think I cld crush all those berries into a jam type mixture., I’d have to
Leave some with whole or nearly.. the meringue too
Wld weep also after a few days.
So it really is a good idea ., the 3 layers but I think I’ll fiddle with it a bit.,

Warum sieht der Teig so geronnen aus, bevor das Mehl dazu kommt ?
Wenn Sie den Teig mit einem Mixer schlagen, sieht er vor dem Hinzufügen von Mehl nicht wie geronnen aus, oder Sie müssen ihn nur länger mit einem Spatel umrühren, damit alle Zutaten gut vermischt sind, aber dies ist in diesem Rezept nicht erforderlich.
Jak do szału doprowadzi , to radzę go nie jeść ....😁
