As I know, currently Liziqi is going to school to take some courses. I can't tell the details. It's very possible related to filming or editing I guess. We know she quit school at 14 years old and went to the city to find job to support her family(herself and grandma) after her grandpa passed away. Her father died when she's 6, and her step mother abused her badly. Her grand parent took her away from step mother. The only happy time for her is when she lives with grand parent. We can imagine how hard to her to live and work in the city.
What life gives her is pain and darkness. What she gives back to life is kindness and brightness.
She is a hard working and hard learning girl. Let's wait and give her time to take a break and enjoy the time in school. Let's keep supporting her. She will do better job after upgrading her self.

Edit: thanks everyone for letting me know it's just ordinary chinese recipe. But the fact that she creates everything from "scratch" is totally not ordinary in so many levels. Its amazing to see where she got everything that she cook or create. Perhaps she can also write about gardening, backyard farming or even a DIY book for people living away in the city. 2019年4月（清明）： ようやく本仕込作業開始。 実の選別、浸水膨潤、蒸す。用意した小麦粉と混合、直射日光を避けて発酵させ、醤油麹を培養。
醤油麹を陶器の壺に移し、塩及び、きれいな鉱泉水を加え、半年の醸造工程に入る。
醸造中酵素による分解、発酵で、香り、味を熟成させる。 また十分に熟成させる為、かき混ぜるのは日課です。
2019年9月（秋分）： 生醤油の出来上がり。きれいな鉱泉水を加え、濾過布で搾り、液固を分離する。 液体を日干し、清澄、沈殿させ、純度を上げる。
2019年11月（小雪）： 最後の仕上げは加熱。焦げ香を付け、殺菌して完成、そして密封保存。
1年7ヶ月をかけて、ようやく本格的な職人手作り醤油の完成品が出来上がりました。

That's exactly how my mom made the soy sauce when I was a kid. She didn't have the time and mood to make those since we moved out of the village. I miss the smell especially when the soy started to rot. I cannot exactly describe the smell. It was salty, fresh, yet a little bit rotting. After half a year, it started to become liquid which was soy. It tasted better than any sauce I've tried when I grow up. I miss that. Maybe someday, I will ask my mom to teach me to do that.

I have a whole new respect for this woman after watching her "behind the scenes" video on how she makes these videos workout any help, i.e. photographer, assistant, etc. All that she does is done by her and her alone in these videos. The attacks on her integrity almost made her stop making videos, and I'm glad she rose above it. I myself couldn't believe she did all this herself and commented on a few videos about how I believed she had help. But now I realized the long hard work and hours she puts in to getting these beautiful videos to us and I send her best wishes and good tidings for a happy, peaceful, and prosperous life!

@@Newtination once upon a time it used to be..she hired camera team only after she got famous and started getting youtube views. If u see her very early videos u ll realise that the transitions in those videos or the camera angle is not moved much but rather operated in such a way that it gives proof that she was changing camera and editing footage all by herself. She has a video abt her making noodles. She said she changed camera so many times for aesthetic angles that the dough dried up so she made bread instead and repeated everything again and for that whole year she hated bread...
Whoever is complaining about these videos, leave her alone. She’s wonderful: great sense of aesthetics, incredible dedication and passion put into these... and she’s blessed with talent as well as beauty. Those few who do criticize her, please go crawl under the rock you came under from.

From what I understand, she has felt the pressure from some viewers in China that have criticized her, particularly for inconsistencies in technical aspects from her videos, and for a ton of other petty reasons. She apparently was getting physically sick from the trolling. Apparently that has mostly died down, but there’s still a few bullies out there. She went to this webfan meet and greet in August 2019 where the fans were truly in awe of her; I believe she hasn’t realized just how many people she’s inspiring with these videos: literally millions. She appeared to be extremely focused in getting these right, probably still is. She can rest assured that these are excellent the way they are.
