It looks and has some functions of my good old Etha 2, love that workhorse and would only sell it for one of these bad boys.

The CS2 is a salute to the geo 3.5 and all GEOS before the CS1. I speak like this because the body looks like a 3.5

you have the vid for cs2 comparing to the 160R?
Seems like the markers are starting to catch up to the Luxe I bought & still own in 2009. Shoots just as well as the day bought it. Also had a Geo as a back-up but never used it. Just lent it out so it got use.
Could you make an in depth comparison between the Gamma core, the IV core, and the GP core? Based on everything I've seen the CS2 is just a nicer, all metal etha 2. Like the eos was to the ion xe

I’m not sure how I feel about the plastic tabs that hold the eye covers back. I keep most of my guns in my collection indefinitely and worry about years from now fighting with the eye covers due to a 10c piece of plastic. I can see that tab breaking 5-10 years from now when PE no longer supports the platform. Kinda like the solenoids in the 05/06 ego PE discontinued supporting 4-5 years later.

You should do a cs2 maintenance...
Dye m2 or the cs1.5 or the gtek 160r m2 and the 160r almost has the same price. But the cs1.5 is a little more, so which one is better out of them all ?
sizgy tube it’s all personal preference I have a cs1 and a dye m2 and the m2 mosair I personal like the m2 better because of the trigger frame of the cs1 was too fat for my hands witch is what they have improved on with the cs2 and the cs1.5 and the m2 between the m2 and m2 mosair The newer one is more air efficient or at least it feels like that and as far as the m3 I personally don’t like the fact that you can’t adjust the lpr from the outside of the gun. Used m2 mosair you can find for around $650.00-$695.00. I will be buying a cs2 when they get released in the USA.
sizgy tube they all shoot great. Comes down to personal preference on styling and features. I loved my m2 but I decided to try a cs and It fits me better for what I like.

What the efficiency
For the cs1, I️ know the first couple thousand made had the problem where the grip frame bent but they said planet eclipse fixed that with the cs1s, how can you tell if you have a cs1 with the grip frame that can bend??
On the old ones that bent, in front of the trigger guard there are two holes in the frame (one on each side). they held the tabs of the little plastic "U" shape that holds the wires down. That is the weak spot in the frame where it bends.
On the new ones that don't bend, there are no holes in front of the trigger guard and the plastic wire holder inside was redesigned to fit tighter so it didn't need the tabs to stay put.

Does the soft tip bolt fits Gtek's (etah's, 160r's) gamacore ? Also if you swap the rear caps on CS2,s can you use that bolt on all the other guns that come with Gamacore?

ANSgearPaintball can you give some more details on this, may be make a video. I'm sure some people would love to know it. Specially if the soft tip bolt works with regular gamacore.

Ended up going with a cs2, saving 600 bucks and seeing how similar the bolt cores were swung me.

I don’t know if I want to get this or an Lv1.5... Cs2 is about as efficient as a poppet but I’ve noticed Ans doesn’t have a lot of color options for the lv1.5🙁

I’m glad I’m not the only one that thinks the Cs1 is a better looking gun.
I agree, I myself was pretty bummed because I bought one a month ago just to find out the cs2 was going to be released. But after seeing it aesthetically it’s not even close. I just wish the cs1.5 grips were a bit thinner.

Agreed... the CS1, CSR, and M3s are the best looking markers on the market imo

All the same ish... just give me a CS2 with the IV core and I'm satisfied... I just love that they put all the electronics in the frame and the regulator pumps the gas straight up through the gun rather then sending it through the trigger guard first

VerifiedRC only thing I don't like on the m3s is that really they did two things 1. Removed lpr 2. New bolt and they just called it a new gun. Should have called it the m2s not m3s that's my only problem with it but cs2 looks promising but doesn't look better then the cs1
