Combat animation looks kinda sluggish, doesn't feel too much impact either.

Yeah. First of the camera should not be right behind the character but closer and slightly over the shoulder. I hope they enable camera location mechanics but l doubt it, second it needs more camera shaking. Those are basics in every good hack and slash game. Then it should be faster this kinda looks souls like tbh
