They allow you to adjust the aggressiveness of the splitter, the 330ci race car has them too. It’s also cheaper. A set of those spitter rods local cost around $40. actual non adjustable mounts can cost over $200.

To make a spray can job look hood, just wet sand and buff :). If you use a urethane clear, itll last a very long time well.

To keep it short. Guys start contreversy over facelift with m3 bumper. Women dgaf, if it looks cool they look cool.
I NEED HELP. I have a 04 325i got the same exact kit and I've brought it to 3 shops and they've told me all kinds of crazy things that need to be done to it for installation. it's already paint matched and everything plz help what is the issue?
Did you get the pre face lift bumper conversions mounts? Everything else should bolt right up. We got our mounts from ECS tuning, should be able to select a pre face lift pair of mounts.

I had a questions regarding the video of swapping bumper covers on a e46 325. When you put the m3 bumper on, did the fog light wiring swap right over or did you have to rewire to make them work?
I believe it was a direct swap.
how many spray cans of the final color match paint did you need to thoroughly cover the bumper? thanks!

How did you get the corner edges by the front fenders to sit flush?
I noticed at 3:00 it looked similar to mine where the corner edge of the bumper stuck out, but at the end of the video/after paint you guys got it to sit flush. Any ideas or tricks/tips?
The two screws that hold the bracket. Loosen them, then push the side in and tighten it at the same time.

Hopefully you see this Tenz but I’m literally trying to do the exact same thing but from my research, I see that you do not need brackets. It’s supposed to fit OEM? But you guys are doing brackets so should I get some just to be safe?
Are you talking the bumper to bash bar? Or bumper to fender mounts?

Depends on the year of car you have. The M3 never had a true front end facelift. So all replica bumpers are designed for the pre-facelift. If you own a facelift you need to buy the pre-facelift brackets. If you own a pre-facelift, then you are good to go.
@@TenzaMotorsports it’s the same exact year and make as the one in this vid. 04 325xi. A lot of them say the rep bumpers fit sedans with nothing but I rather listen to a credible source like you. I’ll order the brackets now actually
It’s all based on the year. You’ll need the brackets if they don’t come with it. Some listings come with.
How did you install the crash bar to the bumper ?
I ordered a bumper and it has no way of attaching it to the bumper

When I mount it on it will fall off on one side and when I fix it it will fall again on the other. Would be much help.
remove the metal bumper from the car. Then mount it to the bumper cover. Install it all in one piece. If it still falls off, you might need a second set of hands.
Hello I have a 2002 330 sedan I was wondering how do I install the brackets? What screws? And can I just use the stock screws on the oem to attach to the new m3 bumper?
having issues installing m3 bumper onto the mounting brackets. Everytime I fix it on one side, the other side falls off. Is it fitted in or..?

By any chance would you know if a eBay m replica bumper from a prefacelift coupe 325ci could fit on a facelift sedan 2005 325i ? Would I be able to buy it and swap the brackets with the prefacelift or is the dimensions totally off ?
As far I know there is no difference from pre and post facelift. The differences come between the coupe and sedans. Just make sure you get there right one
Are those spray cans a good solution for paint matching and if so, how much should I buy to paint my whole front bumper?
This can be a decent option if you're trying to keep it under $100. But I would save up and find a shop to do it. if you're willing to pull it off and do some prep work, some shops might do a real paint job for around $250-400
Hey I have this bumper on my 05 325xi E46 and I only have the side clips holding the bumper into place. My question is how did you get the metal frame to hold onto the new bumper ( 3:07 ). Please if you can answer
We pushed the bumper all the way on then put two self tapping screws in. If you want to DM my insta @tenza_motorsports I can show you how to do it.

How did you get the crash bar into the new bumper? Did you skrew in to the new one?
We had to build some L brackets and install them on the bottom with screws.

Sorry for the late response! I'm not sure what you mean by carrier bolts. We used all the same hardware we only added a bracket on the bottom of the bash bar to grab the bumper.
@@TenzaMotorsports carrier bolts are the two long bolts that attach the bumper and carrier to the bumper support on frame. Dod you use the bumper foam?

Hey, I'm trying to buy those little pieces of plastic with a rubber seal that go betwen the headlight in the hood, can you tell me if those are the same on both? I bought 3 door e46 ones and they dont fit...I had to cut it to make it kinda fit but it doesn't look good or seal the hood nicely. Thanks!

Not sure I quite understand your question. M3 fenders, hood, and front bumper will fit. You can do each piece individually if you want to.

Kind of. Better than nothing. With some work you can make it work and look a lot better than we did.

How did you guys get the bar to stay on the bumper?
We had to get a little creative, we took a few self tapping screws from the top of the cover to the metal bumper. We just made sure the bolts were far enough back they were covered by the head lights.The Lower portion, we made two L brackets that went for the top of the mouth on the cover to the metal bumper.
Tenza Motorsports i just installed mine used some epoxy, but made it to wear the bolts are accesible. As well put the screws from the fender liners into the bumper

this one did pretty well. it really Depends on the color. Colors like jet black or alpine white, you'll be fine. Silver is a NO GO

The bumper your just need the pre face lift brackets. The splitter just needs splitter Rods mostly
