    how I can connect Keithley 2636a source meter to the computer (connection)?

      Thanks for this question, you can use LAN or GPIB to connect to Test Script Builder. This document will help, specifically pages 2-82 download.tek.com/manual/2600AS-901-01--E-Aug2011--Ref.pdf.
