That sounds like the good old days!! That's the Harley's I love !!!
That idle is incredible! Visited the museum today and it is SO much better than I expected. Met Matt and he was so nice to speak with and answer questions. Will be going back and spend the day viewing the MANY awesome bikes an exhibits. Well worth the trip!
That’s the one out front. Enjoyed my visit yesterday. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll be back!
This place needs to be on everybody's bucket list. The sights the smells The Sounds brings back so many memories.
I'm thinking about buying a motorcycle I'm a little nervous but I can tilt on turns on mountain bikes
@@funnrun3399 Start out on a smaller bike work your way up you will not regret it. But be warned they are very addicting.
Panhead.. my personal favorite sounding Harley engine
Anyone who has not made a visit to WTT needs to do so as soon as they can. It is hard to put into words what a great experience it is. To experience the enthusiasm of Matt and all the Staff, all the bikes and so much wonderful memorabilia (you can't take it all in) is to have a moto experience like few others.
Whoever disliked this dislikes beauty and style and music. That's music to my ears.
Keep Dale's Legend going Matt you're doing a good job
That was the most bad ass kick start I’ve ever seen!!!!
Just helped my pop get his 51 pan running. Ive dreamed of riding it since i was a kid. Its been sitting covered and protected for years. We cleaned gas tank, changed fuel lines, cleaned carb bowl, kicked over with no plugs to get oil moving, checked spark, new non eth gas. He kicked it a few times and I took over, cause hell he is same age as bike. I kicked it twice and it came alive! I rode it first time today, im 46 with other bikes. Its like riding a biplane powered bicycle and i effin love it. Check mark bucket list!
Right on time ! I needed that . Thanks Matt .
Watching this makes my eyes glow !
Great Monday video would love to know more history on that bike remember seeing it when I was there last it stood out like that Indian chief Chopper you have you built for Born Free thanks for making Mondays fun
Thank you.
That's the way to set the idle. Thanks for the memories.
The metal(s) on that bike is perfection. And the sound is perfect. Like dropping rocks into a 55 gallon drum.
Looks awesome reminds me of my 59 FLH bobber. I'm working on a 46 knucklehead right now
I'm a sound lover, even on my 75th year ;-))
My dream motorcycle! Wish we could see more of it though
Masterpiece.
Its really cool. I wish i had the extra time to maintain one like that.
Primal beauty. A mechanical masterpiece.
Simply Superb.
Sweet Thanks Brother!
Been there! Its an amazing place!
Absolutely love it brother
If I were buying a this bike I'd buy it simply bc the motor is art.
Music to my ears.
sound good I wish my old sporty would kick that easy!
Video idea: ever thought about featuring certain bikes but then take them out for a ride on the street? Kinda Matt Laidlaw RUclips style. Dude I would watch those videos all day! Love what you guys do!
Since the covid Plan-DEMIC , things changed. Same reason Jay Leno does not have a ridealong crew shooting video. He just uses GoPro cameras mounted. He does his own one man video. Be thankful for whatever is produced by WHEELS THROUGH TIME.
@@rentatrip1videos California and north Carolina treat things very differently. It's my understanding that California imposed those restrictions.
I would love to see videos like that. The typical video with Matt and then a video out and about with commentary on its handling and other stuff.
@@rentatrip1videos hey - I think Matt is only using one other guy that rides along with him on a second bike. They both have go pros on their helmets and the other rider has a handheld go Pro from what I can tell? He’s in California and has been doing it throughout the plandemic?
Motor Monday baby!!!!!
I'm digging that rear wheel!
Love it!
My 53 pan was a three kick 🦵.
Beautiful music!
Nice Scooter .😎
My Father owned a 1953 Harley Davidson Fle 1200 Panhead he cut it loose on highway 7 going over 100 miles per hour without a license or helmet back in the late 60s he loved that bike he worked at a golf course and got caught speeding but police were lenient back then they asked him to find a garage and he did. My friend I worked with owns a 1953 Harley Davidson same colour my father is going to get to see it next year when he reassembles the transmission he is busy with work
A true thing of beauty
I think it be great if you guys produced a really high quality documentary on your dad. I've learned some impressive stuff just through youtube alone. You could play it at the museum and maybe even sell DVDs. I'd be first in line. Just a thought.
All bikes should have a kickstart to Never worry about dead battery.
Do you really think you could kick start the newer bigger motors even with compression releases ?
@@bigbob16 There's decompression cables that open up valves a bit. They look like an extra handlebar lever. British bikes have them. Also chicken and steak after Leg day
@@stoundingresults Even my little 1968 B.S.A. 250 single cylinder had a compression release lever on the handle bar.
yes great motor cycle and I owned a 1952 HD Pan Head
Runs like dream , Ziggy,Canada
This video should be a vintage H-D riders favorite type of sounding alarm clock. ⏰ 🇺🇲
Appreciate all the videos of those historic machines. What i am fascinated by is the sound quality in them. May i ask what microphone you use?
Greetings from Austria 🙃
Sweet chop. I wanna see what front end is on it
I've never seen a set of those wheels. Sounds happy. Looks old custom.
Nice ... 👍👍
❤️❤️❤️ Oh My God!!!
I have a 1952 but my left side case cracked... I don't know if getting it welded back together is a good idea. What do you think? Should I or shouldn't I?
Like to see the whole bike
Sweet!....david
Yes sir would I see I love and the mag perfect what I hope in front is a springer with a MAG too
Love
Really cool engine! I hate to see it in a chopper, though.
Только настоящий любитель Харли поймет ретро тему х-д!
Show !
Cool
❤️
Lawd lawd .. I owned a 53 with a back wheel just like this one back in the early 80’s.????
No way this could be it .?????
i want to ride that
!!!!!!!!🤘
Isn't that one of Dales first bikes?
Thanks for this. I just discovered your channel and am loving watching the back catalogue. One of the things I love about early motorbike history is that there were dozens/hundreds of brands, just in the US. You seem to focus almost exclusively on HD, which leaves me hungry for content on other brands. But that’s a minor niggle: your storytelling, skills, and knowledge are without compare. I’ll be at the museum in the spring. Your dad would be proud. Thanks again.
👍

is my love ❤❤
Rode a 57 for 11yrs, my biggest mistake I traded her for a 99 Western Star. She ALWAYS ran, she always, started
Классный звук двигателя.
Niiiiiice
Versetz doch mal die Pleul und die Hubscheiben auf der Kurbelwelle auf 180Grad gegeneinander.Dann läuft der Motor rund und gibt ordentlich Leistung ab😉😁👍.
November 20th.
Sounded a lot better once you advanced the distributor.
Ah the sound of true dual fishtails
Стайл олд панк👍😁
Bad location for that key a little close to the kick start
Back in my day we just locked the timer full advance and suffered the occasional kick back...😳😂😂😂
!
That’s a sexy girl right there damn
As David Allen coe always said I’ll love my panhead forever she knows how to run but she don’t run around on her man I’ll always be faithful and keep her till the end of time 🤘🏻👑🤘🏻
Ohh where did you get that bike !?!?!? I know that bike !!!!! My best friend dad use to own that bike !!!! When he died it got stolen !!!! I'm not BS you !!!!! Please 🙏 contact me
AIR CLEANER IS MISSING.??????
5 bucks says it got fishtail exhaust tips.
Potato potato potato potato beautiful music
Linda , pero no supera la tecnologia alemana de bmw
Sweet as a nut
I miss the days when the only people who could ride a motorcycle were the ones who had their heads out of their assess.
I.pooped a deer with my 1973 shovel two weeks poopy. I'm not deD tho
One kick? Lol come on...
