We have a problem with our IR 2870. It was connected via lan to pc with Win Xp on it and everything was fine. Now we trying to connect it to pc with Win 7 (both 32 and 64) and win 8 (x64). I found a driver on official site for all of this systems, it`s installs fine, find my printer and everything looks fine, but it just doesnt print. Then i try to print something it makes some noizes (like warming up) and there is nothing happen. Print task in OS is completed. By the way scaning with scangear on win 7 x64 works fine.

Sir, I have ir3245 copier and it is shared on network. I want to scan to my computer folder. When I try to scan it gives an error massage "CHECK THE SERVER" or "RESENDING" and it prints automatically failure report. Please Sir, help me and solve this problem. Thanks.
1.Pls check the full access permission to shared scan folder 2.Pls check the Network Connectivity, Try to ping the ip Address of printer from Client pc 3.Pls access the shared scan folder from other pc & try to create any file or folder for checking the full access permission.

We have a problem with our IR 2870. It was connected via lan to pc with Win Xp on it and everything was fine. Now we trying to connect it to pc with Win 7 (both 32 and 64) and win 8 (x64). I found a driver on official site for all of this systems, it`s installs fine, find my printer and everything looks fine, but it just doesnt print. Then i try to print something it makes some noizes (like warming up) and there is nothing happen. Print task in OS is completed. By the way scaning with scangear on win 7 x64 works fine.

Sir I have installed win 7 is , but when u open explorer there was showing "done but with error on page" how can I solve this problem, this problem occur I could not download any software, like chrome,ms office, Photoshop, will u please sages me sir
Pls reinstall windows 7. or use system restore
Try to open same in safe mode. If you face same problem pls restore the system. or uninstall unwanted software. If not resolved pls format & reinstall the windows 7
