Hi, do you know how to adjust the vertical correction. Because right now my vertical correction have problem with it L1 & L2

Is your laser beam width effected by nozzle size ? do you have a video on correctly calibrating machine ? Thanks for the great info

Tell me does your laser also struggle to cut accurate circles when going to sizes 4mm and below?

    Hello sir ,
Thank you for sharing knowledge ,
I have a doubt, if there is backlash then I have option to set that in cypcut , what if the motor is moving a little further everytime , how to solve this ?

Hi, thanks for information shared! Do you know how to calibrate the servo gain ajustment? I need to cut pieces of 2056mm long and machine is cutting at 2101. thanks in advance for any comment

I don't think it is servo gain, it is likely just calibration.. Machine calibration is very time consuming as you have to do dozens of test cuts to get it prefect and you must have tools that can measure accurately enough to test the sample parts and make adjustments. As said in the video it's easy to mess up and hard to fix.

my laser make holes .2 mm bigger. is it normal?

If it's just holes being larger than you probably need to use cut compensation. Remember the laser has cutting kerf, that you need to compensate for.

      Is there no auto compensate

@@jmihalov no you just need to make a sample and adjust for the actual value of compensation and it ll be spot on.
