Hi Manoj.. Good Analysis and valid points covered. I feel volume growth will under pressure considering sustainability aspects.. FMCG are driving refill packs and small SKU's with concentrates.. Also Flexible packaging shall be a constant threat with new innovations with Stand-up pouches with pump mechanism.
Thanks Ajay.. ya those are some valid points you have.. having said that.. hand washes have pouches, but for shampoos and especially premium ones.. ideally its been Rigid plastic and there they have a lot to penetrate.... they still have a lot of ground to cover .. having said that, yes, we do have to be on the look for threats from the flexible packaging segment... :)

Hello.. Ya we also heard the con-call and are a bit surprised, since we had met one of its senior members and got our numbers & product analysis verified. The 25% volume needs are right because, we crunched our numbers on the basis that its the only supplier for its 3 plants located at Satara, Mysore and Vizag. Regarding IML, we would have a word again, since we were clearly told that the Royale one is of IML. I will get back to you once I confirm the same ! :)

And Very next day they reduced their stake from 33.73℅ to 32.14℅. Is it a red flag for a Investor like us? Also I have noticed that last 5 yrs.they had given divident average 40℅ on PAT, which had forced to take them loan to grow the business. What is your thought about it? Regarding future prospects section: the qr code technology and the how they are going to use that is what you talked but did the management told that or thats your opinion? Because in recent concall management told that qr will be used to track the product in supply chains and ofcourse some discount to consumers but the data of consumer and using it, i guess thats your anticipation right? Because i didn't hear management talk about that.
Ya.. that's something which we learnt after having some discussion with people working over there and also our own analysis ! At the end of the day, such technology is implemented to benefit both parties at length.. For consumers, by giving discounts and for the company by getting more precise data, which then becomes a useful source of running targeted ads, thereby reducing their total ad spends and getting more conversion. Final benefit goes to Mold-Tek by charging a premium for it, having a first mover and also then getting contracts from big companies, which eventually becomes sticky due to which revenue predictability increases, hence a win for an investor. It would take a lot of time to implement it but I guess we are here for the long term ! ;)

As per my framework to buy shares, one problem I see is promoter pledging which you have addressed in video and other is low promoter holding (34%). Any idea why promoter holding is low or promoter not willing to raise holding in this fast growing company. Doesn't it give sign promoter are not 100% confident on their business? Regards Samarth
Promoter holding has been low from a long time .. and it's governance is also in place .. hence nothing to be worried about .. having said that .. what you have mentioned is true .. but do watch it in its entirety ... Hope this helps ..😊👍
