They have done a Qip to diversify into Pharma, spechem, electronic chemicals. This has led to reduction in promoter holding as they have raised 2000 crores. Given the trackrecord of capital allocation, seems they can allocate 2000 crores at similar rate or higher rates of return. Let's see.

Hi, sometimes differences is due to looking at standalone or consolidated numbers. In case the differences are huge, always use the annual report to check. Hope this helps :) I personally use screener
