Hi! Whevener in doing flowers with whipped cream i always have a problem with the whipped cream in the bag getting melted and softened by the heat of my hand holding it, are there any tips for that?

Hello Eva, I'm from India, I keep watching all ur videos on RUclips n insta too... I want to know about the flowers u make, I mean are they made from buttercream or whipped cream. If it's made using whipped cream then can u please make a tutorial on how it doesn't get sticked to the hands n it's stiff n firm. It really helps us ☺☺☺. If those are freezed then how long they are to be stored etc please do reply 🥰☺

Is it very hot? Maybe the heat, try putting it in the fridge.
