Sometimes I wonder what goes through Simones head when Laurent's giving her tips after she does this ridiculously hard vault. She's probably like "Bitch, I know what I'm doing!" LOL
A 15.266 vault!! Are you KIDDING ME!!! And that is with the stupid -.5, so really her score on one single vault is 15.766!! I can't. I can't do this with her anymore lolzzzzzz GOAT!
Even with the .5 deductions because her coach is near her. She can win the vault. But unleashing it in the AA and Vault Finals will give her a .5 additional score vs. the rest of the world. I dont think the coach is there anymore so she cant get injured. Its' more of emotional safety support. Doing the double pike is already a dangerous thing to do in the 1st place. Will she risk it in the AA or V Finals. Better to be safe. Only unleash it only if she has a fall on the other apparatus. To give her an additional boost.

She started training it like a few weeks before championships. That’s barely even 3 months. Her main focus was the YDP. I imagine it’ll get better by next year
she barely trains the Cheng right now...next year for the Olympics she'll clean it up I'm sure. The technique is still amazing, just some form errors she can clean up
She should be banned for WAG and start competing in MAG. XD It's incredible how she dominates every single competition and apparatus, no other women can match her. D:

I think it would make more sense if her coach stood on the other side of the mat? Seems like he would obscure the vision of the judging panel.
