true, but when range and speed were separate upgrades, the range upgrade got +2 instead of the +1 it is currently but in general zerg players aren't using as many of the new weapons in their arsenal. for example with how careless Byun was about detection in these games, I think dark could have been more successful using hydralisk/hold lurker rather than roach/ravager or ling/bane.
I hope we see deflectory nydus play more. like in late game when a ling runby won't force a Terran retreat, maybe a couple of empty nydus keep them on their toes.

I do like the format of showing an entire series in one vid, my only issue is that it kind of spoils the end result when you know it's a best of 3 and notice there is only a few minutes left of the video, and you realize it has to be a 2-0 because there is no way that the time left could incoprorate a third game. Hello just small tip if its possible when its best of 3 always make video 1 hour 15 minutes (fill rest by dark screen), when best of 5, 2 hours 5 minutes etc. Because well usually I am pretty sure who will win at the end looking at the length of the video, this way it would be somehow better. But thats just my opinion.
The biggest advantage I see for Terran is just when they are given time to build. If you give Terran the time to build up their tech/units/etc etc, I think Terran can take advantage of that the most. Thats what happened in both of these games, is that Terran just had too much time to do what they wanted to do.
i dont think you realize that applying pressure to the terran in an attempt to punish their macro almost always hurts zerg since they cant have simultaneous army and economy production. unless the terran is really bad, suiciding your lings and roaches into supply depots and tanks just keeps you from building an economy while the terran sits back on mule energy and continues to multi prong and deny map vision. youre basically asserting that zerg has to commit to a quasi all-in in order to deny terrans mid-game map control (which will take the game from any zerg player of equal skill level) or the terran can just roll over them with surprising build orders and/or drop locations lol
I'm not lowko but I remember that when I was new I always expanded too late, maybe you'll do the same mistake so always remember to have a 2nd base at least by 2:00 and for the 3rd base before 6:00. For zerg you'll want to expand faster but since you're just starting now don't worry about that.
do fuckload of research. As a new player, don't expect to be making this kind of plays as these players have been playing for 10+ years from brood war era.

honestly im speaking as a backseat driver here, but i think dark should've switched the hydras sooners, they are still good even with the scaled back nerf. massing roaches late game is almost never good. also, abducting tanks wouldve been better than blinding cloud. just my 2 cents.
I get all nervous seeing two players of this caliber playing because they're cutting it so close. They have just the absolute minimum of units to attack and defend. I think they're going to blow it any second. Of course ,that's how you play the game but still.
I know this is an old match, but I never understood those 1 liberator rush to snipe a few drones, the liberator always seems to die. Just not worth it.

from what i see a double drop have come to the 3rd, been half cleaned up, but the other half have gone to 2nd and continued some kill, you can see the medic been cleaned up after the big fight

Pretty sure the ability to cast their abilities while burrowed (albeit yes you have to research burrow) is not a nerf. Even if all their other abilities are nerfed from previous patches, this video proves that the changes to infestors can have a very large impact against players who dont have some sort of active detection, especially against Bio balls.

Terran is not op and I have stats to prove it. The top 16 blizzcon consist of only 2 Terran, so what's there to nerf?

i feel funny after the patch. before the patch you shoulnt allow zerg to get what they want. now you must not allow terran to get what they want
