I’ve lived in NYC for 3 years, pros: a lot of jobs, tons of fun things to do cons: expensive as hell, dirty and smelly, subways aren’t that great, corrupt politicians, overall it’s a fun place but I doubt you’d have a great time if you’re not making 130k+ a year, that’s probably the min to have a decent apartment with no roommates at like 2.5-3.5k a month
