I just subscribed to live stream a couple of days ago. I usually dont catch it live and do it the next morning. Which works out for me I lay baby down for a nap and get my sweat on. I'm maybe day 4 into it and everything hurts. Mama ain't moved like this since her collage days. I love how its cardio, arms, legs, like your whole body. Some of the moves are difficult to catch but I just freestyle my way through it. I just try to keep moving my body even if it's not that dance move!! Thank you for great workouts!!
