While I slightly understand your sentiment that he currently is a legend (by modern standards I agree), I feel for a artist to become legendary they have to have some sort of shelf life (I'm not saying that Stapleton doesn't have shelf life, I'm just saying that he hasn't stood the test of time yet [even though I'm sure he will]), and what I'm saying with my statement above is that I believe in probably the next few years he'll be widely received as a country legend (at least if he continues at the pace he's going with the same level of quality that he's shown on records like his most recent).

I love Chris but he was a bit weak in concert. I saw him in July 2019 at Bethel Woods, which was the site of the original Woodstock. I think he was missing his wife, who was home with their kids including a newborn. He's incredible when she's close by.
I feel your pain. We had front row seats at Kroger Field and got screwed by Covid. We saw him like 3 yrs ago in Pikeville and it was an AMAZING experience! I was 8 1/2 months pregnant and my baby girl was moving around the entire concert. She's 3 now and he is still her absolute favorite!💕🤠💕

If you count the riff 3x, it's the 4th riff that does it for me. Basically the follow up.
