"The imperial self of the New Englander."
    That's a fitting description.

I hope that I can convince my Daughter-in-law, who is homeschooling, to teach her children about 1607 Virginia and not fall in the trap of Plymouth Rock, the Pilgrims, and Thanksgiving is America's foundation.

We don't read about it for obvious reasons, but the Southern way has taken over the good part of the United States of America. Ever see a movie about the New England way?

When I visited colonial Williamsburg, I was told news traveled faster between Williamsburg and London than it did between Williamsburg and Philadelphia, or was it New York? I forget exactly which city they said, but any of them are a lot closer than London.

This is white settler colonialist history. But it's true.

This is silly and so archaic. Of course New Englanders care about family, tradition, and nature.

There voting records show they definitely don’t care about tradition
How they behave down here shows they don’t care family or nature

The Industrial elite of New England have been pushing the proposition nation. This is that America is based on an idea of equality not tradition. Yes family was important in New England. They tended to be utopian in mindset and not tolerant of others. They would cancel others. Think Anne Hutchinson and Roger Williams who were banished. The south was based on live and let live. The North was based on my way or the highway. The north was for centralized power. The South was for decentralized power. You need to watch the 1607 project video.
