This game was so ahead of it's time. Just recently bought the hd trilogy for ps3 and now completed the ratchet and clank set. I feel like going commando bought more of what we loved from the first game without over doing it. Alot of people say up your arsenal is the best but this one was my favorite
@@thomaswilson7153 Great! This game definitely has a lot of new additions and improvements! But for me personally, there are some things that make this game less fun than others, but I'm glad you're having a great time playing it!😎
For me this game is my fav personally but even I have to say that objectively it is very overrated My problems 1Space levels: cool idea but execution is bad(thankfully other entries improved that) There is no creativity in the combat You just wait for the enemies to line up to your shot and this is it Also if you buy a ryno you have to do little to no fighting since it is so op Like in some mission you can stay still and fire a ryno and boom you won a battle Also controls were a bit clunky At least space levels have a very good soudntrack so there is this plus 2Leveling weapons: Well it is self explanatory You only have one level So you wont use this gun again cause why bother wasting exp for other weapons? At least there should have been 2 levels instead of one 3story I dont hate it but it is so weird I like the first part(catching the thief)but after that Im not a fan of it Idk why, it isnt contracdictory but personally im not a fan 4boss in sniverlak This boss is just a 20 min turret section I know that originally you would have a spaceship to fight the robot but it wad scrapped unfortunately Also it has way too much hp The hp should have been switched with protopet which bring me to the next point 5.Protopet is pathetic as a final boss It has so little health it is insane He also has so many easy patterns to dodge 6.grelbin planet(yetis) Do I need to say more? Too much yetis and they way too much health Sometimes when you gather a crystal yetis numbers will overwhelm you Those are my problems I still find going commando my fav but is definitely overrated
Extremely overrated! And I’m with you 100% on being disappointed when ever you had to do a space battle level. Especially the one when you have to take out that little repair bot before he fixes the turrets. Terrible level! Extremely boring, tedious, and un enjoyable. I also hate that every thing cost money(bolts) I get new weapons you have to use bolts. But needed gadgets to continue cost like 20,000 bolts and even info bots! Ridiculous. The weapons suck The final boss is really boring and anti climactic. Yeah one of my LEAST favourite games in the entire series.
I played the games from 1 to 4 for the first time recently, really enjoyed 2 the most followed by 1 4 and 3 in that order, the only things I didn't like about two was the final boss and the change to Ratchet's voice.
@@CozyGlow625 I can see why ToD is your favorite. I put ACiT over ToD because I think it's a better game overall, but I've actually played ToD a lot more times than ACiT for some reason:)
@@gold_gear I adore TOD for I feel as though it is the quintessential Ratchet And Clank experience. The gameplay is fluid and fun (except for the Sixxasis controls or however you spell it, principally since you cannot control the tornado launcher with this being turned off) the story itself is magnificent, but the exposition leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Tachyon just... Reveals himself to someone he is most likely aware of is a hero, which leads to his exile. In my opinion, it would have made more sense for Tachy to send some of his troopers to the city to eliminate Ratchet, with them learning of Tachyon through the goons. Speaking of Tachy, for some indiscernible reason, he is among my favorite fictional characters. I don't even consider him to among the best villains ever, however, I adore this exasperated dictator. This also marks the point where the planets feel more alien-like and fantastical, which I adore. It makes for gorgeous set pieces, and each planet feels distinct, with thier lush nature and native creatures. I tremendously enjoyed the space combat sections, the Clank segments where exhilarating too, the soundtrack is gorgeous, along with the new characters, everything is exquisite, even if very far from perfect.
@@CozyGlow625 I also like Tachyon a lot. Aside from Alister, he is the only villain that has a connection to the main character and thanks to him Ratchet became who he is. I also agree a lot about the planets being more alien like. This is pretty important in a game about space travel. I talk about this in more detail in my RaC ranking video. You can check it out!:)
Great review! Keep it up!
You just always have wonderful reviews!
Thank you!
And there is also a sheep in it, so you will definitely appreciate it!😂

I found a glich to unlock the tools of destruction turbocharger on rift apart from PS5, I'll post a video to show how it's done
Интересно, но меня теперь больше тревожит судьба Крэша и Спайро. Такие новости были...

My problems

There is no creativity in the combat
You just wait for the enemies to line up to your shot and this is it
Also if you buy a ryno you have to do little to no fighting since it is so op
Like in some mission you can stay still and fire a ryno and boom you won a battle

Thanks for the comment! I agree with you. I have quite a few gripes with this game and unfortunately it's not my favorite, but I still really like it!
The first game is the best from the trilogy. This one is fine, but it lacked…something.
@@pavelgorshkov8580 Yeah, the first one is best in my opinion. Third is also great. I will make a video about it in the future!:)

Thanks for the comment! I think I put it on number 8 in my ranking. It’s a great game in my opinion, but there are better ones in the series!:)
This game is honestly a perfect sequel with the added strafing the weapons all that only downgrade really is the story, cutscenes still funny though

@@jankjason Thank you for sharing! I think that the final boss is pretty fun, but…other final bosses are indeed way more climactic and epic.
It is. More so than other games, except A Crack In Time. It is still gorgeous, however.
@@CozyGlow625 Yeah, A Crack in Time deserves all the praise:)
@@gold_gear It's not my favorite, though I can observe why it is universally regarded as the best one. My favorite is Tools Of Destruction.
