- Here's the drum cam footage of me covering/performing Rock You by Dirty Loops with my University's (Christ Uni Central Campus) "Uni Band". We normally play with the Uni's choir but this was an instance where just the band got to do their own performance. All these guys were super fun to play with and hopefully, we get to play together again sometime in the future!

Not bad mate, some nice techniques there but you need to tune your snare drum a bit better. Heads and wires are too loose!
Thanks! Yeah I would have but this was a college event where we all had like a 10 minute slot to get on and get off stage, plus with everyone messing with tunings and stuff like this I was just more concerned about setting up my gear in time (backing tracks, stack and splash) to play the set, I do definitely look out for such stuff on gigs where I have the time to make such corrections though
@@AnaghNayak Understood. I suspect this was a kit supplied with a backline? I used many a kit like this but always bring my own snare and cymbals. 10 minutes is a ridiculous time to expect musicians to set up, even if gear is supplied. Unfortunately though, not many sound engineers or roadies quite understand this. Nevertheless, good set and you did well to emulate Aron Mellergård who is phenominal.
