    This was such an amazing way to kick off the week, I absolutely loved it! What stood out the most to me was not just the clear and concise explanations, but also the thoughtful inclusion of a 25-second rest period. It was just the right amount of time to recharge for the next rep. Thanks a ton, Ali.
