Writing, typing, your usual calm sweet voice, paper fluffing, blood pressure monitor. Sorting, crinkly packaging, opening packets like bandaids or anything similar, the sounds of fingers rubbing together with rubber gloves. And anything you want to add. I love it all. Thank you Midnight.

I really need to make a full hair care video as I’ve said I will so many times. It’s just hard bc when I wash my hair is usually on weekends when my kids are home so it’s not a good time for ASMR 😂 I have used Hask products exclusively since I was in high school! I’ve tried so many products and nothing can beat those. I only wash my hair once a week and do a vinegar scalp rinse before I wash every week. That is literally all. I don’t style my hair or use any heat at all - not even a hair dryer. I know this isn’t possible for everyone, but just saying what I think the biggest factors are for healthy hair for me.
