58:27, "the human brain is not designed for success; the human brain is designed for survival. Survival is about conserving energy, success is the opposite. Success is about expending energy, doing things that are uncomfortable[...]but success is not normal, success is not what most people experience. If you are trying to experience success, you need to rewire literally the neural pathways in your brain, it is a neurological rewiring to yourself"

at 1:01:10, "the key is instead ask the question 'how?', not is it possible? can it be possible? do I feel like doing it? [...]most of it it's 'it should", should versus how. Most people say, should I follow through, should I make a different commitment, and you end up becoming a should head. Don't be a should head because should gravitates you back towards the neutral, towards the safe[...] the top performer [asks" how will I hit that target? how will I meet this deadline, how will I get out of debt, how will I lose that weight, how will I save this marriage, how? [...] Neutral is negative, neutral is the absence of a positive charge[...]you have to be one degree to the side of not allowing the question if I'm going to keep the commitment; I'm dedicating 100% of my energy into asking how am I going to keep this commitment?

To your last speaker on this video: I did a small simple step! It was successful! I have an ab lounge that gets no use. 😅 My small small simple step (that I could not fail at) was just sitting on it! I sat down (success!) then did ten crunch-thingys before getting up! THANK YOU!! Powerful explanation of dopamine! I was under the false impression that dopamine was about pleasure and I always thought, “why would I want less pleasure?” It seemed so obscure, so technical, and I couldn’t see how it would benefit me to keep trying to understand and implement this weird brain molecule stuff (just like your Spanish class) when the lectures and classes I’ve had were so dry (and incorrect, it turns out). How bizarre that my artificially low baseline of dopamine was hindering me from understanding how negatively that low baseline was affecting me. Thank you for all the great content, this interview came at the perfect time for me!

I think everyone should look into their own Human design chart to find out what works best for them. Most of the information out there is geared towards generators and works well for generators. Not so much for Projectors and reflectors. We’re different. We weren’t built to go go go like generators. Projectors are literally born to be successful, that is the signature of a projector. Success. But we have to chill and wait for the invitation. If we try to be like generators and go go go we get burnt out quickly and fall into the “Not self” which is bitterness. Check out your human design. You’re welcome.

Mental Projector here. When I discovered HD it’s like a 10 ton weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I’ve been going through waves of burn out my entire adult life trying to live like a generator. But now that I have a better understanding of my design, I’m not nearly as overwhelmed.

I am not a fan of 3 interviews in one video like here, two of the people interviewed not mentioned in the title. The irritation when unexpectedly there's a different person distracts from the content, at least for a minute, which is a problem because you may have to skip back to follow the train of thought. More so because the first conversation was not over, I think. And it's probably a re-upload, which wastes time for people who watched them before.
