How do you maintain them and for how long do they last? Do you do it weekly?

They last naturally for at least 2-3 weeks. I don’t touch his hair anytime after it’s done, so no, I don’t do it weekly. You can use a du rag or bonnet, however I don’t put anything on his head

I like the old school dark gel. But this gel has better ingredients. And it gives me the same, if not better results. This gel is thick in consistency and I love that for my boys thick hair. It doesn’t flake, and It also gives a natural shine and moisture that the other gel doesn’t give. 😊

Hmm my son got this style it turned out great. But I didn't like the gel the stylist used it looked like white lint was in his hair.
It turned out to be the gel she used vs using a dark gel. So I'm thinking of either purchasing the sane product you used or tell the stylist to use another gel.
