Ive watched HOURS of WT footage. These are the first vids that made me consider downloading it. This is how I would want to play it.

You need to get 3 friends with rapid firing artillery guns like 3 Type 75s or AuF1s and just have them line up next to you while you give them ranges and targets

Ok, I really want to see you take someone out with the Ro-Go (1.3 premium) and do this. Not sure how well it'd do at top tier, but with 100 HEAT rounds and a 4second reload, it could be fun

why the direct hit on the IKV can't kill it? it's only 20 mm armor on every-angle.
What makes that tank good for being able to do this with the drone? Is it that very few vehicles get drones? Or is it that that tank’s gun and ammo suits long range shooting??
he's using the BMP-3. Its main gun is a low velocity gun with an HE payload, so its high-arc trajectory and area of effect make it well suited for indirect fire. Another tank this is commonly done with uses an automatic 30mm grenade launcher.

Yeah, basically any tank with a slow shell velocity and drone can do this. The problem is there aren't that many in the game. Faster shell = flatter arc = not very good at shooting over hills. I'd go with sub 750-ish m/s shells is probably about as fast as you want for this

Do you know which round is better 3OF32 or 3OF70 for artillery?
I assume generally the 3OF70 since it packs more punch and its higher velocity so reaches faster and also u wont have to scroll down in the scope ranges so much but at the same time the 3OF32 having less velocity can make your shots more arched landing more roof shots and because of the same reason is more viable at short distances so I dont know which one is better really.
3OF32 for small maps, I use it regularly

It is really only possible with higher br light tanks that have a low velocity HE shell and a laser rangefinder

How do you figure out the range
The map literally has a range scale you can use to get a rough distance. Then, combined with the drone to provide bearing, and some trained instinct, you can get within fragmentation radius. Just becomes adjusting range and dealing with dispersion and shell travel time from there.
Using the caps for distance is also really useful. You can also memorize some ranges if you play on a map often since players love going to the same spots

They just came out with a vidar package, and I'm tempted to drop 50 to get the beast Sweden squad (vidar, 103a, *that one fast truck with 2 rocket launchers lol😂), and an aa that I don't mind 😅

Hey bro can you give me some tips and tricks? I am struggling so badly at 5.7 Ground Realistic Battles, I am Using the M4A3 (76) W, but every enemy I get to see Is literally all Tigers.
Best way i found with dealing german ground forces would be ambushes and be defensive, german mains tends to be quite agressive and counting on their armor way too much, going solo and offside. My experiences comes from being patient and let them make the mistakes. Duels you can win but really its a game of who shots accurately first, good luck!

Read the map and understand that a good flank is much better than the perfect weakspot hit. You’ll have to deal with German players who also understand this, of course, but this one tip alone is what separates most competent War Thunder players from the rest.
I actually got 3.5 Average kills now, thanks for the tips! (Including swordsman)
Knowing where the flanks are is important as is knowing when to push and when to wait. And what makes a good flank is knowing where the enemies usually go on a map, and getting to the side of that area when possible
Moving after killing enemies is also important. Players love getting revenge XD (Looking at the score board to see if someone you killed is respawning or leaving is also a good idea)

i think its the only vehicle that has drone AND slow projectile, other vehicles have faster projectile, and it doesn't rly allow for such arc of fire, unless you aiming for the helipad camp
you can do the same with BMP-3, ZBD04A, but this is my fav vehicle

@@loner1512 Whats your upper velocity limit for a shell? Trying to see if I can use a USA or JAPAN vehicle for this but obviously none of them are kitted like the BMP.
