This is one of those "I'm surprised nobody's done this" kind of thing. The death animations in this game are pretty lacking so I can see why nobody's jumping onto the idea but this game isn't exactly obscure either.
So this is yet another quick and dirty video just to showcase something you can look up on Google Images.

The only time I ever died as Mecha Bandicoot was intentionally. It's a very cheap animation.
