For all the people that doesn't like to eat the raw eggs!⬇️ After adding sugar(120g) to the (5) eggs yolks and mixing it, then cook them on the steam for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, and then when it cools down, add the mascarpone cheese and mix again! And then mix sweet cream(250ml) with one tablespoon of vanilla extract! And then mix all of that together!😉🙂🙂 Btw best tiramisu ever trust me!😄😄

Personally, I don't soak cookies in coffee for more than a second or two because they can become too soggy. The moisture in the dessert does its work overnight, the time it is supposed to sit in the refrigerator. I also use specialty espresso coffee. made on an espresso machine... and to finish I use little sugar, it makes it less cloying.

Almost perfect - you should do eggyolks and sugar over double boiler to stabilize the eggs. The egg whites can be cooked using a Sirup. But recipe is good

They probably are not pasteurised. This is an Italian recipe (obviously) and they don't used pasteurised. I come from a country that always told you to never eat unpasteurised eggs hence why i have never made this😢
I’ve bought tiramisus that had zero coffee flavour, dry ones that were practically just sponge, and some other pretty terrible ones. At this point I should just try to make it myself, maybe I’ll give this recipe a go.

I just tried this and its the best tiramisu ever, i just recommend reducing the amount of sugar from 1 cup to about 3/4 cup.

If anyone wants a lighter version, I halved the sugar and added two more eggs and it turned out great.
Try to melt the sugar into the yolk in a bain-marie. You’re gonna love it!
