I tried a team with Mantine on lead, mandibuzz and shadow quag in the back. Pushed about 250 elo so far from 2000 to 2250. Hoping to hit Veteran for the first time this season.
I was literally running this exact team except I had dubwool in place of vigoroth, and let me just say that double fighter build puts in the work! Awesome video as always zyonik 🙏🏽
I was just using this team but instead of Skarmory in the lead I was using Talonflame. If you run it with T-Flame, make sure you have a more attack weighted to win the mirror. Will have to go down 1 or 2 shields usually though.
After swapping into a fight that you'll definitely lose, acknowledge that AT BEST you soft-lose. There are pro's to this, but soft-losing is still losing.
Seismatoad is slept on in this cup. All the ground on every team. His bubble and muddy water makes quick work of them. He claps Talonflame with the quickness 2.
I’m running Shadow exca lead, high ranked toxapex and altaria, safe swap depends they are both pretty good even against skarm. I need 2 bulky mons sadly but as you could imagine shadow excadrill takes damage just by looking at it the wrong way😂 having so much fun challenging myself to wreck everything with the mole, and I’m telling you it might be frail but it will hurt you BADLY if you dont deny me farming up a bit🤪

Been having a lot of Vig same swap so i decided to build a anti Vig team; guess what happen next, there where no Vig to be found. Just my luck i guess l.. lol
Sorry to bother you guys here but my Battle League keeps coming up with "error claiming rank rewards" I've tried uninstalling, downloading assests/updates, logging out and logging back in. I contacted niantic support but they told me to do those things I've already done and they haven't responded since. Sorry but can anyone help? Good video dude!
I just saw a video from a different cc featuring a jungle cup team with a Toxapex lead, and at least half of the opponents were leading with either Altaria or Dragonite ( and the corresponding Vigoroth safe swap, of course). No need to start with the algorithm lecture when it's simply that everyone and their mothers seem to be running such a team for some reason.

Lanturn, Quagsire, Talonflame. Issues: clogsire, lanturns in the end game, vigoroth in end game but can still win if talonflame is charged up.
Why shouldn't you swap your own Vigoroth into another Vigoroth?
without getting damage or shield advantage, you'll lose the mid game fight because they are ahead on energy

What would do more damage STAB Body slam or brick break on vigoroth against a normal type?
Body slam. I tested it. If they got shields I’d do brick break so your counters hit harder and pressures them more
