Lisa Marie Presley has said in public many, many times doing interviews. Graceland goes to her children, and she even names Riley in a few interviews. But she would even say her girls.
It is going to Lisa Marie['s children. Priscilla wants to manage the estate because their inheritance is a negative dolllar amount after debts are paid.
Priscilla said her name was spelled wrong. If they spelled it Pricella I still get Priscilla out of it. Maybe Priscilla needs therapy that she's so unreasonable. At 78 maybe she's a bit senile.
The first thing Riley should do is have a forensic audit done to see where the money was going. Lisa Marie was not on good terms with her Mom after finding out she was paying herself 900 thousand dollars a year.
Riley is being silent and she's not showing her hand. Riley works as a grievance counselor since the death of her brother. I read she was trying to help Priscilla and the rest of the family to benefit from the training she had after Ben died. I think this girl's heart is in the right place.
That's what Lisa has done in suing her accountant. What mother takes a side against her own daughter in a divorce or in the suing of her accountant. Priscilla believes she has more influence with the public as Elvis' ex wife than Lisa does as her daughter who is supposed to inherit his estate. I truly believe she's alway been envious of Lisa's status. She thinks it should have been her. Elvis gave Priscilla a good settlement in their divorce. about 1 1/2 yrs. later, just about 2 yrs. before his death, Priscilla sued Elvis for more money 1.5 M. That is one of the reasons Elvis was working his head off before her died. Priscilla didn't care what the estate was worth when she was suing him after their initial settlement. Then she's shocked at how little was left when Elvis died. Maybe having spent 20 yrs. in a relationship with a con man turned her into a con herself.
Priscilla's attorneys also have an auction business. They just auctioned off one of Elvis' planes and misc. Elvis stuff to the tune of about 800K I believe. What if Priscilla said to her attorneys, Just keep the money from the auction to pay my legal fees. Since Graceland belongs to Riley that would mean Riley in essense paid Priscilla's legal fees with the auction money. Priscilla has to be audited. In the papers where Lisa sued Siegel her accountant Lisa wants to know why he gave Priscilla 900K a yr. and why he didn't offer it to her? I lost my daughter a year ago in December. I can't imagine doing what Priscilla is doing and not speaking her her. It's a vindictive move and not representative of her daughter at all. This is control for herself. Once there who knows what she will change or do. She has a communication issues as that is not what a person in charge does ...not speak to anyone. She wants the power. Now we need to find out why.

Honestly if it weren't for Priscilla stepping in after Elvis died, Graceland would have been gone by now.

I think it's already happened. I didn't even know EPE fired her in 2020 and that's why the accountant started paying her 900K a year while Lisa had financial problems. This actually soulds like a court investigation case.

As soon as she filed those papers (Lisa was barely in the ground) she put it out to the media to get emotional support for her control as Elvis' ex wife when Elvis, even with her the mother of his only child, put Priscilla's name in his will to assist his daughter. No way. He paid her a great divorce settlement. 1 1/2 yrs. later she sued Elvis for 1.5M more. That would be just 2 yrs. before he died. Then she wondered where all his money was. She had her hand in it. She's only been known as Elvis' ex. Nothing she did as an actress gave her notariety. At 78 it's time she retires.

There is a BIG difference in being the Trustee for an estate and Inheriting an estate. When Elvis died, Pricilla was the Trustee and once Lisa’s grandfather and gr-grandmother died, Lisa was the SOLE HEIR of Elvis’s estate. As the trustee, Pricilla’s responsibility was to make sure all the assets and money were not squandered so that Lisa would eventually take control of Elvis’s estate at age 25. Pricilla grew that estate from $1million in 1977 to over $100 million. People don’t seem to understand that a trustee does NOT inherit the money unless the deceased person left them money which Elvis did not. Now, Pricilla is NOT claiming that she should inherit some of Lisa’s money, she is maintaining that in the 2016 Will, Lisa made Pricilla a trustee. The people who inherited the estate were the four children. This is not a money grab by Pricilla. She wants to prove that any amendment after 2016 was not legal due to no witnesses, questionable signature and that the 2016 documents state that Pricilla must be notified of any amendments to Lisa’s Will. Considering Lisa was battling both her ex-husband M. Lockwood and her manager plus she had problems with opiates, isn’t it possible that Lisa in making her mother the Trustee, was protecting her children from any chance that she (Lisa) would do something in the future under duress or under the control of drugs should she relapse? I can see both sides of this case and if Riley is the sole Trustee I can see Lockwood going after her position in court since he is now the twins’ sole guardian. By the way, the title of this vlog was clickbait.

I thought Priscilla was being sincere in the beginning of this until she was making $900k- a year, and was not doing anything that showed she earned it!
Many of her interviews she spoke of how generous Elvis was, but after moving on, having another child with new man, Garcia(who changed his name to then "Garibaldi" to break into show biz, Lisa Marie was with her mother, and she visited her father.
Priscilla's 2nd child, a boy, Navarone, spoke of the atmosphere(his father did not want to hear any Elvis music, that might've caused issues with Lisa Marie, her mother did not leave Garcia, and Navarone also was indirectly thrown into the limelight due to the many interviews Priscilla did, and she made money doing those interviews, let's not kid outselves here.
Priscilla's own parents let her go live with Elvis when she was underage,(Priscilla in an interview talks of how SHE convinced her parents to let her go live with Elvis, he was so generous, and Elvis left Germany, and they wrote each other, he sent her gifts + corresponded, she stated she knew if she didnt go with Elvis, another girl would! Under an agreement with her father of being sent to private school, and going to school, hernparents reluctantly allowed her to go with him. If you listen in her own words in some of her interviews, it was his generosity. They'd ask if she loved Elvis, she answered of course, but it seemed more like she loved what Elvis could do for her! She liked travelling to get lunch anywhere with Elvis, and the many gifts he bestowed. She spoke at times so lovingly, then spoke of like he was like a "father", and what he couldnt do, and his infidelities, and that is when she left, moved on with someone else, and didnt want to live at Graceland. Everything went to Lisa Marie, if Graceland just sat until Lisa Marie grew up from 9-25 the age she wouldve inherited, there were trusts, but an empty house, wouldve been costly on property taxes, upkeep, weather repairs over time because of weather damage happens. That would've been costly. The work to empty the house wouldve been costly, and everything sitting frozen in time, couldve become hazardous.
Im sure Priscilla saw how many fans came + mourned Elvis, and someone had the idea to turn it into a museum, that way it makes money, pays for itself, and the upkeep, and Priscilla made changes of furniture according to one of Elvis' last fianceés, and removed stained glass she added, and Priscilla did this to appeal more to the public. So some of it was not even original Elvis belongings, and maybe the bait + switch to again make a buck(I have to call it like I see it, let's be real). The reason I say that was on Elvis' 88th Birthday Lisa Marie was at Graceland celebrating with her father's loyal fans, and some surviving relatives, and Priscilla was at Auction selling one of Elvis' planes, locked in time, that plane had crushed redish- burgundy velvet carpeting, throughout, and everything from that era of time, the outside was ragged, an it needed work. The plane netted $250k-, then Priscilla offered herself to be auctioned in a meet + greet, she claimed it was for a children's charity, and that auction netted $8,500.-).
Then after Lisa Marie died I told friends if we start seeing Elvis's stuff going to auction, Watch Priscilla's actions.(My friend's asked why I said that? I said maybe that is why Lisa Marie and her mom had issues, her mom was trying to get rid of Elvis' stuff, while Lisa Marie saw it as memories/keepsakes that no money could compensate! The timing, and the weekend after her death, in my city, (Cleve., Ohio),Channel 8 news announced an online auction of Elvis' things!
So I took a look, and there was a white car, a gold carpeted bathroom scale(bid was at $130.- for that when I looked), jewelry, and some of the gifts his fans gave him! It just seemed odd to sell a gift from someone to someone else??? Then this trust filing(No one in Lisa's family comitted fraud(her son already died, her daughter is successfully directing, and her acting career has taken off beforw her mother's passing. The way the media is portraying it that it appears Riley, but a lawyer wouldve been the one to write that paperwork up, and that lawyer may have misspelled Priscilla's name, and Lisa Marie said she went through some things was using, self medicating, and under duress, stressed out about hubby #4,. and what she discovered about his online activities(enough to want a divorce), then add into it her son was now using, an addict too, and then his suicide with a gun, that couldve pushed her over the edge, so that couldve been the delay of the proper way to do the paperwork, notarizing with her legal rep. esp. while under the influence, they may have been delayed because Priscilla was caring for the twins in 2017(Lisa Marie went in for grief counseling, rehab.,and was trying to get her life back on track.
So signing the documents, and a reason they werent served. She wasnt on the best terms with her mother, and in Lisa Marie's interviews she said her mother was so strict, and maybe she just didnt want a confrontation by her mother. Her mother knew about rehab. + grief counseling, and was in support of her daughter's ex' Lockwood(knowing her daughter was getting the divorce because of what she discovered about his online activities and did not want her daughters around him). He was alsoto gain accesa to the twins, to gain access to $. He was given 40% custody + wanted $40k- a month, plus wanted Lisa Marie to pay his legal fees of $100k, the judge ordered approx. $4k- a month. Her ex' living off another woman at her place, moved his retired, elderly in, and has been paying off his debts using her retirement checks!
A grown man with nothing wrong with him stated he cant generate income(if he wanted his kids he'd work at a McDs, so savebthat BS!). Lisa nlamed her financial manager for missing money + discrepencies, and who gave him authority to give money to Priscilla??? Riley needs to take care of her siblings(in 4 yrs they'll be adults, and what happens if 78 yr. old Priscilla dies, and Finley + Harper have to go through this all over! I thought Priscilla was working in their best interests until I started noticing $900k-, Elvis stuff being auctioned.
She is making a living off of Elvis' descedants now, she chose that path to Garcia, I understand shenis their Grandmother, but their mother had reasons to not talk to her mother, Riley is in her 30s, and has yet a new heir with her sisters. Im sure being with their older sister, and new niece, Harper + Finley would have their personal self interests taken care of, and they can visit Graceland to see their mother's, brother's, grandfather, and great parents graves, and carry on that legacy.
Riley's(and Benjamin's) father was also staying with Lisa Marie after their son's suicide, and the twins knew him, and Riley said her father kept her grounded, he lived simple, and within his means, so this wouldve been good for the twins to see also bc their father is self centered, and living off of the women around him, including his elderly mother,(the authorities need to see if this is a case of elderly abuse, + needs to be looked into. He's paying his debts with her retirement checks?).
I think if Priscilla was sincere of pulling family together she would offer to guide, or help, not try to take over + control THEIR TRUSTS, money, and legacy!
She also needs to.return the $900k- a year for every year she's taken taken it, it's her daughter's inheritance, and should now be her grandchildrens + great grandchild's money.

She initially got over 700K a yr. Child support, 5% of some of his royalties, and much more. I don't know for how long. 1 1/2 yrs. after her divorce she sued Elvis for 1 1/2M more. Just two yrs before he died when he was working his head off doing concerts. He was ready to go back on the road when he died. That's the reason Elvis's bank acct. was low. I read Priscilla was let go by Elvis Presley Enterprises in 2020. Why was Priscilla getting 900K a year from Lisa's estate if Lisa was in debt? If my daughter was in debt I wouldn't be taking a 900K a year salary?? Plus Lisa sued her accountant and Priscilla was on the accountant's side. If she doesn't speak to Riley or Lisa why should Priscilla be in charge and control them?

I think that Priscilla is and has experience in not only watching over the estate, but actually making it thrive. Elvis’ parents were in charge of his estate when he died. After their death it went to Priscilla for Lisa Marie. She (Priscilla) took a $1 million estate and turned it into $100 million+ estate which was still making money. Lisa Marie, after coming of age, gained control, and sold music rights, and spent most of that $100 million!!! Can you imagine working so hard to build something up to have your daughter throw it all away? No one is this family is going without, and I think Priscilla is just trying to make sure that her twin grand daughters have something when they become of age. Riley Keough isn't struggling and can concentrate on her acting. Let Priscilla take the reigns for now.

Priscilla has apparently 50 mil of her own, so she's not after money, and she's already age 77. Unless Riley also has the same buisness sense as grandma Priscilla. Who knows.

She wasn't getting 900k a yr. I think there was something crooked between Segal and Priscilla. Lisa owned Graceland. Due to the fact that Lisa had Segal and Priscilla as trustees he felt he had the right to do whatever he wanted and he did. They need to investigate Segal and Priscilla. If Priscilla gets control she can stop any investigation.
Quite honestly Priscilla is trying to look after her granddaughters. At 75 I'm sure she's not after the bucks. She doesn't want the family inheritance to go to Lisa's daughter's ex - the father of Riley.

Well it's about time that I hear somebody say that it had to be signed with two witnesses and she's not challenging them and Priscilla didn't have to be informed about anything. I'm misspelling and Priscilla's name isn't enough to overturn a trust. That leaves the handwriting and then you would have to challenge the witnesses. And who's full supporting this document in 2016 her seven-year-old twins or she saying it's Riley. Seems like Priscilla's grasping at straws and she's going to lose. If I was Riley I'd be pissed as hell.

It’s very sad but I don’t think people realize that if it wasn’t for Pricilla there would be no estate. Lisa (God rest her soul) was not an easy child, teen or adult. I think her life at times was very sad. I can’t help think she felt responsible for her son’s death. That’s too much for a mother to bare!!! With respects to Pricilla she was the one who had custody of Lisa’s twin girls when she had to go to rehab. I’m sure Pricilla had to step up many times for her daughter and I never felt she appreciated her mother. I think her mother didn’t let her get away with any crap and called her out on things. Like her father she didn’t want to be told anything. Her mother for the most part was taking care of everything. I’m sure Pricilla feels betrayed. As for Riley is she capable of taking on this huge task? If so how come she wasn’t doing it before Lisa died? Her mother was very ill for a long time. Oh that’s right Pricilla again was taking care of the estate. Hopefully they will work things out!!!!!

The woman was always under the shadow of other women. First Elvis’s beloved mother, then Lisa Marie who he doted over and then the other women. She always came second fiddle and was placed in an “Elvis China Cabinet “. Poor woman was always looking to get his attention the way he gave these other women. She has never gotten over him clearly. Now she’s feeling threatened by her grand children who are a part of Elvis that are taking a part of Elvis away that she’s always yearned for potentially fading her into dust. I’m sure she loved Lisa and loves her grandchildren…but she loves the memories of Elvis more and it’s sad because she’s jeopardized her family relationships over the past memories of Elvis. I pray for Pricilla that she gets the comfort she’s been seeking all her life. She definitely won’t find it in money and past memories. I hope she finds genuine true love so she can let go of her past and move forward. If I could bet on it I would say this is not over money, it’s over the status in Elvis’s life.
Priscilla has no claim for the estate,.she had divorced Elvis so,she no longer claim on everything that belonged to Elvis.
This is so sickening and much of it (on Lisa’s part) could’ve been avoidable. Priscilla shouldn’t have to deal with this burden, especially at her age and still having to mourn Lisa Marie at the same time. I think that Riley should let Priscilla be over everything for now and possibly even until she passes and then have someone who Priscilla trusts to help Riley (and her sisters) manage things from that point and beyond.

Just my thoughts but I have to wonder what Elvis would think of all this. Would he have wanted his x wife being a representative for him and his life? Or would he have wanted her to have a good relationship with Lisa when she was young and in need of the love she lost when he died. Would he have preferred his home be saved to become a money making machine or spend her time helping his troubled, lost little girl? Odd that Priscilla's son just put out a video sounding very off and singing a song about his money troubles. He also turned to fentanyl, didn't sound too good in that video. Possibly motherhood wasn't her greatest strength. After all the man she left Elvis for had one child and a pregnant wife. Didn't see that in the Elvis movie though.
