- If you're thinking about staying at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista in the Disney Springs area, you might be wondering how far Disney Springs is from the hotel and what the walk is like to get there. When I was researching for one of my recent Disney trips, I wanted to stay as close to Disney Springs as possible to make walking quick and easy, but I had no idea what the walk would actually look like -- what the route was, what the path was like, if it was lighted well etc. In this video, I take you with me on a walk from the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista to Disney Springs to show you the route and how long it takes to get there.

I have purchased tickets different ways in the past. I have purchased through the Disney website & I have used a Disney travel agent, which is a free service. You can go to the Disney website and easily purchase tickets and then link them to your My Disney Experience account. The tickets then show up on your Disney app. I am also a Disney travel agent and can help people with travel planning if you are wanting assistance with the process. Hope you have a wonderful time!🫶

There are quite a few hotels near Disney Springs, in fact several of the Disney “good neighbor hotels” are walking distance from Disney Springs. I believe the Holiday Inn water park resort might be a bit further (over a mile from DS.) It’s not too far, but you’d definitely want to drive.

There is not a continental breakfast at the Wyndham, but there are several food options available there. There’s a sit down restaurant. (I have not experienced it personally, so I can’t speak from experience. It looks like a great meal, though.) Also there a quick grab & go-type spot in the lobby with coffee and all sorts of breakfast items. Hope that’s helpful. 🙂
Is this the same as Wyndham Garden lake buena vista?
Yes, the Wyndham and the Wyndham Garden in Disney springs are the same hotel, but different sections of the same hotel. If you want to see my review on the Wyndham garden with more information about the Wyndham as a whole, you can check that out here.

Exactly what i was looking for. Is there a shuttle right at the hotel entrance to the disney parks, or do you need to walk to disney springs first then shuttle?
Oh awesome! I’m so glad. I was looking for a video like this before I stayed there, which is exactly why I decided to make one. I thought it would be so helpful to know what to expect.
There is a shuttle that goes straight from the hotel entrance to the Disney parks. You have to sign up for the shuttle in advance. They give you a QR to scan and a code to use when you make a reservation that makes it free. If you forget to use the code, you’ll have to pay. it’s completely free for hotel guests, but the only thing is that you have to set up a departure time ahead of time.
