Great review. While I am not a fan of wrist strap antennas, this radio held its own very well on FM. Have a good week and stay safe.

Nice Radio Review! I noticed you had a 2560 sitting on the bench. Doing some cool prototyping?

Thanks! I just got a 2560 to play around with. Now if I just had time to mess with it. Thanks for tuning in. 👍❤️📻

@@TheRadiogeek You should email me about projects your working on, or come over to my Discord server. I have some of the original Arduinos and thought about doing something with them. Maybe use to controll a bank of relays...ideas ideas ideas ;)

Very impressed with it! Looking forward to the innards! When I first saw it, before it was in full screen I thought it was the CCPocket Radio. I would say, the only thing I dont like about it is the tactile switches, to noisy, would have prefered soft bottons instead...however, I would still own one. Thanks for the demo and 73's OM! How does the AM sound with a good pair of 'phones?
I'm an AM broadcaster with a music station that's pushed to the 10KHz max (thus sounds better than most AM stations), and I'm thinking about picking one of these up.

My ears are not the best at determining that but it sounds fine to me. You could try one and if you don’t like the sound, return it.

Pretty good little set. Just find the audio tinny sounding. Guess that's why you get earbuds supplied. BTW - Super rare if we get KOA here on the east coast.

The ear buds sound good. I bet KOA is a rare catch for you, that’s quite a trip. 👍
