Yes Hyperemesis gravidarum sucks this is the 2nd time I’ve had it best thing is fluids, distraction, and sleep find a way to just sleep. I had it sun up to sun down and it’s the same this time too so bad I can’t even talk.

I have a gluten sensitivity, but eating a toasted piece of white bread is sometimes the only thing that can make me feel a bit better on the days when my nausea is really bad.

Hello Sabita! Generally speaking, it is recommended to avoid foods that can worsen loose movements such as spicy or fatty foods, as well as fried fruits. Try and include foods that are gentle on the stomach (unless you have an intolerance or allergy) such as vegetables, bread, rice and yoghurt, while also keeping up your water intake. If the diarrhoea persists for a long time, I would recommend seeing your doctor for further advice.

Its funny because i personally have changed from my always bacon n eggs in the mornings to toast with vegemite, i also reach for an apple when im feeling uneasy but i will be adding yogurt to the equations im very happy to see i have already done a few
Before i saw this there would be times when apple sauce would be the only thing to help me get past the morning sickness so i can go on to actually eating.. im going to be trying the apple slices and lemon ASAP , mine tends to strike in the middle of the night

I work part time as a PCA and while I’m on the job I chew peppermint gum. I still do regular household cleaning stuff with a little more help from my husband. He knows I’m tired so when I tell him I need to rest he understands.
1st pregnancy I worked until 8momths..called out a bit during the first 4 or so months becuz of my morning sickness lol...2nd pregnancy 12wks it's a struggle bus. I do the best I can taking care of our first baby and my husband mainly picks up the slack. We women go through all the stuff for having a baby but it's def better as a team effort
That's okay! Sometimes eating first thing in the morning is not ideal for some. As long as you are getting enough nutrition through out the day, then that's okay! Hopefully soon you'll be enjoying breakfast again!

Smoothies are great to boost the nutrients in your diet! Wonton soups can be very soothing, o I understand why you might be craving them!
