Hi, I noticed that in my dev environment it only works when the class of the sys_user is user. I need to have it working on class contact. Any tips?

Cool! But it shows how poorly are OOTB Service Portal widgets designed. Having to clone this big widget if you want to add a little functionality. Not modular at all. Looking forward to NowExperience.
