Heavy Duty State of the art Tube Mill with Flying Cold Saw Cut-off for Tube sizes up to 76.2 mm OD x 3.5 mm Thickness. rated for a maximum speed of 120 m/min. Compatible for Hot Rolled/Cold Rolled/ Pre Galvanized Steel Coils.
This Tube Mill is equipped with a 250 kW Unitherm make Solid State HF Induction Welder and is suitable for making Round/Square/Rectangular/Oval Tubes and special sections with excellent dimensional and corner radius tolerance. The Tube Mill can be seen running at a speed of 100/min.
The entire system is designed in Germany with an active collaboration with M/s Manfred Olk Rohrwerkstechnik GmbH & Co. KG. The Cold Saw Cut-off is patented and runs on Rollform's proprietary smart intelligence multi axis controller (also developed in Germany). The Cold Saw can cut tubes with both HSS and TCT Blades.
