I have been trying so hard to get back into a Godly daily schedule and as a mom of 3 and I babysit 3 other kids I find it hard to find " me " time. The moments in the car are truly a mini me session . ❤ the tidy home... I wish.

love and agree with everything you said in here and actually practice all of these things in some capacity, which is a lot more than I thought I did.The only thing I am still doing is weighing myself because I and trying to gain weight. I don't do it a lot tho and am aware of when I start to obsess and will back off. I am currently working on making getting ready for the day a habit. Wanted to add that there are studies that show that when your house or room or wherever you're at is cluttered/messy, your brain gets/feels foggy and it's harder for you to focus/get things done and even sleep!
It is so crazy that you mentioned about the scale. I know I suffer from body dysmorphia, and I have been obsessing about my weight, even though I am healthy. I have done bikini competitions where I was tiny tiny tiny. I know that’s not sustainable but I like it. when you mentioned about not weighing yourself anymore, I had literally just written my current weight. Call confirmation call at coincidence. I appreciate your videos. Thank you.

You keep looking prettier and happier, and I am glad you ditched the scale. People love better at the weight their body is after they eat reasonably and healthy. It should never be attached to a number. While I am typing this, they are putting a weight loss commercial across your video, and I am SO angry! This is what is wrong with the world.
You can’t “bump” your sabbath to another day. It’s a day to rest from your work, and to give to the Lord. You are putting your work/photo shoots above the Lord.
