Mathew and Summer Snow were integral in my faith journey and still are. God/dess spoke to me when I heard it the first time and any time I cant hear Her/Him...i sing it or listen to it and there S/He is.
Takes me waaaay back to the early 80s. A young Christian. Full of wonder. Blessings tobGod that after all these years the wonder still exists. Forever grateful to be His child!
His voice is getting more and more seasoned without losing the immense power, skill, and butteriness that it has always had. It is a great time to hear him sing. I have to see him live.
Incredible! This song sung by Matthew Ward, written by Keith Green, is one of my all time favorites; it was the first "Contemporary Christian" song i ever heard ...and i wore out many "Toward Eternity" cassettes listening to this over & over. Praise God for Matthew's heart & voice for our Jesus! (Thank you for sharing!)
Keith Green was my first introduction to contemporary Christian music. I love him, love, love this song and love Matthew Ward! Always been a fan of your voice!!!! 2nd Chapter of Acts was the first Christian concert that I went to in Bangor Maine!!!
Greetings sister in the (down) East! I was given a tape of his songs like 3 days after I had prayed and welcomed Jesus to run my life. I still can't describe (without tears) the impact he has on my life.
I love the "YES!" from the audience, and Matt's bemused (and amused) reaction...I think I might have gone "YES!" as well at the mention of this, one of my favourite songs by Matthew. Have seen Matt live four times, twice with 2nd Chapter and twice solo, but I don't think he sang this one at any of those concerts. Sure still has the pipes.
TristanandIsolt Keith did write it. One of his final pieces and incredible that a lot of his music referenced the return of our Savior! Keith was musical acquaintances with Matthew and r Chapter of Acts as he stated in the intro. Keith also covered one of their songs too, “Easter Song.”
Best vocalist and voice ever. What a blessing!

Love this guy's vocals!!!
Combining Keith Green and Matthew Ward...doesn't get much better. My favourite Ward song of all time and he is better than ever. A voice from heaven.

His voice is better than ever- the notes he reaches....
... and it all seems so utterly effortless: a centuries' voice!
I have always been amazed and blessed by Matthew Ward's voice, one of a kind for God's Kingdom!!! Revelations 22:20

One of my fav songs ever

I would have yelled "yes" at that moment as well. This song always gets me.Matthew is a true gift.
Amazing talent
Absolutely an amazing voice. Wish all of 2nd Chapter of Acts could have gotten way more exposure through the years. Tremendous talent and witness.
Was this written by Keith Green. Matthew's voice still good but younger his voice was spectacular. This song gave me chills.

Well that was fantastic wasn't it.
Basta ouvir essa música, na voz do Matthew ou do Keith Green , pra sentir o espírito santo!
Impressive.
Amazing! Flawless interpretation
The pianist sped the song up way too much, but he stayed strong like the pro he is.
Jesus .
