Nice work! Fillings is called EPS and can be bought from eBay or Amazon. Also I would do this setup a little different. 1. sewing in plain cloth and second layer doing the actual red coke fabrics. As to close the openings I would use velcro so you can remove coke cloth layer for washing machine :)
