Love the local and the design and interior spaces. I don't have a million dollars so that speaks for it's self.

I think it is worth $1.3 million, definitely not to just live in, but taking in consideration the land size, lake views, potential to be additional homes on and airbnb. If one could get a $1.3 million loan, I would immediately get a 40ft single SC, build a cheap build on the land, and just rent that house out for $500 per day. Mortgage would be paid off in no time.

No I would not buy that house for the price they are asking! Bedroom #2 is 10.49 feet X 7.54 feet and bedroom #3 is even smaller, 10.17 feet X 6.88 feet. both bedrooms are tiny! I'm currently in a bedroom that is 12 feet X 11 feet and it is too small!! The master bedroom is better but it is 11.48 feet X 15 Feet. From the photograph the bed looks like it must be a king size (or whatever the Aussies call it) and the room simply isn't made for such a large bed! You have to walk through the living area to get to the dining area from the kitchen. Bad design!! And the kitchen is only 8.5 feet wide, including the benches X 14.8 feet long. When you actually stand in a room of that size it's pretty small. It looks very nice from the outside but the inside is really small imo.
