Just a heads up. (Im a mechanic with an enduro myself.) When it starts creaking and it will...the pivot just below the shock is actually a little axle with screws on each side. It pulls out the drive side. Deflate the shock, then clean and regrease that axle periodically with waterproof grease. It works everytime for me and my friend who also has the bike. Start there, dont pull the BB or anything else. Start there. Lol
Thank you so much for the tip dude!! Do you have any specific recommendations for good grease that works best with that axle??
Very funny, I had to do the exact same thing to my enduro!
Do all specialized bikes to that or just the enduro?
love the review vid. I'm riding a 2020 Enduro Comp, loving it. that multitool is just awesome used it many times. keep shredding...
Dude that’s awesome! Thank you for the support too!
I’ve been waiting on mine since October same color but S5, hopefully it comes soon! Glad it looks as great as I suspected. Thanks for the vid.
Thanks man! Stoked for you to get on this thing too, you're going to love it!
Very good choice. I used to have a 2018 Stump Jumper and now 2021 Spec Turbo Levo Comp. Dont know if its your firsts but anyhow Welcome to the Specialized Family!!!
Thank you!! Specialized is an amazing company!
One of the best designed enduro bikes imo. Very capable shredding machine
Haven't come across anything it hasn't been able to handle!
Great video matey! 🤟🚴
Thanks!
Here i am with my rockhopper expert
Hopefully you're shredding it though!
do you think this bike can be that only bike? like doing mellow trail to harsh trails? That white color look so good!
Thanks man, I've been loving this thing in the white! And honestly, even the mellower trails I've gotten to ride haven't made it feel like too much bike, which has been really surprising. Obviously this thing is made for the super harsh trails and that's where it performs best, so if that's the type of riding you do, I highly recommend it, but otherwise it's handled every other trail extremely well too!
Shhhhheresshhh they always look nice in white
They really do! It’s definitely one of the nicest looking bikes I’ve gotten to ride!
just bought this beast. loving the sram brakes.
Heck yeah man! So glad to hear that it's working out well for you!
Picking this bike up tomorrow
Stoked for you man! It's incredible!
That seems like a really smooth bike. I saw your san clemente video.
It is! Glad you stuck around for some more vids!
Awesome man! I've been wanting to ride one of these for a while now. My local bike shop has one but its kinda pricey. $5,999 :O
You make a great point. I do have to say that it's been worth every penny for me though! Thanks for the comment man!
Hi, sick bike.i am planning to get one myself .what's the size of your bike, and what's your heigh? I am 177cms (roughly 5ft 10"), and I am getting a S3 with the dealer. Should that be ok, or should I look for S4, but getting that during this global shortage, is quite unlikely..
I think that should still work great!
@@getloosemtb thanks
How tall are you? How are you liking the s3 size?
I’m 5’9 and S3 has been perfect for me!
Nice review. How tall are you? How did you settle on the S3 size?
I'm just over 5'9 and the s3 has been perfect for me!
bro tell me that isn't the best looking bike, no stupid colors, just neutrally looking dope looking ass bike
Agreed 100%!! It’s by far one of the best looking bikes I’ve seen!
Nice bike! What is the stem length 35mm or 50mm on S3 frame ? Thanks!
I think it’s actually 40mm!
would u say it is a playful bike? like jumps and stuff and just bunnyhopping around?
It can be! It definitely is a little heavy but once you get more in touch with the bike it’s not very hard to figure out how to throw it around a little!
definitely slap Industry Nine Hydra or Nukeproof Horizon to that bad boy
That would be so sick! I've definitely got some ideas for upgrades when the stock parts are done!
fsa gradient cranks or fsa decendant cranks which ever it says on them
they're the descendants! thanks for the tip my man haha
What’s your suspension settings ? Nice vid :)
I’ve been using pretty much exactly what the Fox recommended settings are, but I’ve bumped up the compression and rebound slightly just because of my riding style! Thanks for the support by the way!
Try running slow HSR and really fast LSR! super fun setup because your over high speed chatter and braking bumps your suspension won't try to rebound crazy fast and get too bouncy but at low speed you can pump into and load up your suspension and then pop off stuff
@@aidandawn2717 I’ll have to give that a shot!
How tall are you? Did you try a s4? Do you know the reach difference between the s3 and the s4?
I'm 5'9! I didn't end up getting to try an s4 because they didn't have one in stock for me to test ride, but the size calculator on the Specialized website worked really well! I think the difference in reach between the s3 and s4 is about 19 mm according to the Specialized website as well, hope this helped!
I'm 6'1.5 and rode an S3 and S4. As a model the Enduro is already a really big bike with long reach, lots of travel and big wheels so i would say that S3 feels bigger than the M you are used to and S4 is definitely like a very big L. I went from a 2020 SJ size L to buying a 2020 Enduro S4 and the enduro is comfortable and stable but defiantly a lot of bike it does however pedal better than the Stumpjumper with noticeablly less bob. And its just a beast on the downhill
@@aidandawn2717 I am 5'10, (177)cms, would you recommend S3 for me? As its the only one available. S4 is out of stock.
Have been looking at an S2 for this one but was wondering if anyone got a second opinion on how this bike might work with a 5’2 person?
I'd say definitely look for the s2!!
Nice bike! Your video freezes around 10:32
Quan Ha thanks man! I had no idea that it froze, so thanks for letting me know!
How tall are you?
5’9!
